We worked with Paul S. who installed our water softener. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He had wonderful insight and product knowledge. He spent a lot of time educating us on the product itself, going over how it works, troubleshooting, and everything in between. He was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The day he came, we had a lot of subcontractors at our house and it was very busy. He was extremely kind and very understanding of the chaos. Also worth mentioning, the water softener itself comes with a neoprene-like sleeve which is a nice touch. The unit itself is very user friendly. Every detail of the process appears to have been well thought out and carefully designed for maximum customer satisfaction. We have had a wonderful experience from top to bottom. It is so tough to find exceptional customer service and products these days, but Paul and Cooper’s Water really nailed it. We are very appreciative and will be customers for life.

This was our second time using Cooper’s for a water softener. Our first system lasted 12 years and we just had a new Hero system installed. The quote was easy & over the phone with Doug. Install was less than a week later. Abel, our tech, was prompt, respectful of our home, efficient and answered all of my questions during install. We were having issues with our filter system and reached out to Coopers Water. Mike was the original man who came out and did walk thru and testing. After coming up with a plan we scheduled for them to be here to complete the work. Could not be happier with Mike and Josh and the work we received. From our recent water softener experience we cannot recommend Cooper’s Water more highly! Doug in the office has been a real pleasure to work with…from helping remotely to pinpoint our water pressure issue to the softener to working with us to have the issue repaired in a timely manner fitting our availability. Mike the service technician came out ready to repair, but quickly determined a repair was not an option and quickly set us up for a tank replacement, explaining very thoroughly why this was the necessary course of action. Abel from the install team came out within 3 days to fully replace the tank and did so efficiently and with clear expertise answering all of our questions. These days it can be difficult finding a service oriented organization where every person with whom you interact exceeds your expectations. Thank you Doug, Mike, Abel and Cooper’s Water!

Paul S. did a wonderful job installing my water softener! He was so polite & helpful in explaining everything. He explained the waterlines coming into the house. Main shut off was mislabeled with outdoor faucet by the builder. I definitely would have Cooper’s Water and Paul again!

Fantastic experience with Cooper’s water. They’re communicative, thorough, professional, and fairly priced. Mike and Josh were awesome. They installed a water softener and a reverse osmosis system for us. We have an old home and had been told by another company that this work was not possible. Cooper’s water (specifically Mike and Josh) came in, assessed the situation, and made it work! We were so impressed and thankful for the work they did. It was definitely not an easy or simple install. We now have clean water for our family. Cooper’s water is one of the best companies for communication too. They email and text a picture and bio of the techs before they arrive at your home. They answer their phone and emails right away. Mike and Josh were both super professional with their work. They advised us on so many things with the plumbing and were incredibly knowledgeable. 10/10
