Had a new electrical panel and 200A service and other odds and end done when I moved in to this house. At the time I thought they did OK work, even though they broke a sink drain during the electrical work and the tech told me I was wasting my money having them properly vent my bathroom. A couple years later, a storm came through and I learned that they installed my new meter base with a few wood screws rather than properly securing it with lag bolts, so the meter base ripped right off the side of my house along with a good amount of my siding. Cost me almost as much as the original job to have emergency after-hours electrical repair done. But the difference in quality of the original work vs the repaired work is night and day. If only I'd known what to look for when ES did the work.

We use this company for three properties. We are never disappointed. They are professional and courteous. The techs do not try to upsell you on anything, but they do provide options and are happy to repair instead of upgrade. We have been their customers for 5 years now and will remain with them. As a participant in their yearly maintenance program they always call to schedule their bi-annual inspections and have always been able to schedule a tech within 24 hours for any equipment issues. Techs are professional and polite and are great with our two dogs.

We chose Efficient Systems for electrical work based on the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. Our technician, Adam V, was courteous, listened carefully, did his work carefully and thoroughly, and got everything back up and running for us. He was also honest-- instead of just giving a quote for one of the repairs, he told us about another option that would be cheaper for us and said we could even install it ourselves if we wanted. I really appreciate that kind of honesty, and will definitely continue using Efficient Systems in the future.

Although I was not happy to have to replace my furnace and air conditioning, I was very happy with the service that I received. Sean was here and helpful. Brian did a marvelous job and was here for as long as it took to get everything running, and Adam finished .the job off today in a timely and wonderfully efficient manner. It was wonderful dealing with such excellent service people. They were kind, onsiderate, clean, and efficient. Thank you gentlemen.

Efficient Systems' service was subpar! I had their technician, Rob, at my home for a regular service checkup where he discovered a crack in my heat exchange. He took the time to show it to me on a snake camera and pointed out where the seam was compared to the actual crack. That same day their sales rep, Jon, was able to come out and speak with me about my replacement options. I selected my new furnace and their installers, Brian and Andrew, arrived the next morning to install. They were very respectful and accommodating while working in my home, which I appreciated. I can't say enough about the expert knowledge they all displayed, their all around professionalism, or the comfort I felt with placing this decision in their hands. You can tell just by speaking with them that they are passionate about what they do and care about their customers. I highly recommend giving them a call.

It went great! The inspector was courteous, punctual and professional. He took the extra time to make sure that I understood all the issues. He even advised me on how I could save money on my electrical bills. I received the original estimate electronically within a couple of days. When I asked to add minor items, it was not a problem. He came back to my home to discuss them. The estimate was finalized while he was here. In addition the office staff were courteous and friendly. They made sure that anything I need was promptly taken care of. Actual work is scheduled to be done soon.

Had several wonderful experiences with this company, so when new problems surfaced I called them first. They sent out an electrician who looked around and promised me an estimate. Several days went by without an estimate, so I called back. Got an estimate and had a few questions. Talked to the same electrician and resolved them. Accepted the estimate on April 30. Weeks go by without any word. Called them up and asked what the holdup was. Lady on the telephone said she'd find out and call me back if everything was ready to schedule. No further response. Called back the next day: Efficient Systems: Sorry, part is not in yet. Me: (Might have been considerate to call back with that information). Any idea when the part will be in? Efficient Systems: No... May 30 I emailed cancelling the agreement. Called to make sure they got it. Yes, they did. Overall, lack of a sense of urgency or concern for the customer was screamingly evident. Sorely disappointed
