From start to finish, my experience with Godby was excellent. I was able to schedule an initial appointment online which is so convenient. Everything else was communicated via text, including a 20 minute warning when they were on their way. This text included the technician's picture and some fun facts about them. They were friendly, professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had small emergency after hours on a weekend. Everyone that helped us from the moment we called to the moment the technician left was an excellent experience. Jennifer, the after hours operator, was helpful and kind. She took the time to find the help we needed. Jayson was polite and professional. Jayson was excellent, very knowledgeable, understanding, thorough and had a really good sense of humor. He quickly solved the problem and got to work-will always call this company from now on!

We are able to schedule service quickly (often next day) & the techs are strong communicators about their arrival times & any work they do on our system. Itโs usually the same few techs that come out which makes their visits feel extra friendly & familiar. We find great value in being Godby Club members and having routine maintenance to keep our system running well.

Everything about our experience was outstanding! Our water heater went out the night of Dec 23rd. I called late that night and service was scheduled for the morning of Christmas Eve! Our technician Jahson arrived at 9:00 am and was courteous and professional. By 11:30 our new water heater was installed and running. I was especially impressed with this level of service on a holiday. Everything went perfectly, thank you!

The service from the Godby staff from start to finish was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Tyree was great and helpful with replacing our air filtration system and explained how to check and replace the filter after installing our replacement. I would recommend Godby to my family and friends for any home needs.

Excellent service and communications. We needed an experienced electrician to troubleshoot a wiring issue. I called in the morning, and they came in the afternoon -- two very competent electricians. They went about it methodically, ruling out one rabbit hole after the other, before delivering their conclusion, which was correct. It's not easy to find people skilled at analyzing problems. Most often, they jump into the first rabbit hole they can think of, racking off hours of useless work. Godby's communications were excellent. I texted pictures and a problem description. They responded within minutes, requesting additional pictures to narrow down the issue, and identify parts they needed to bring along. They were very professional, and are the first company I'll call for future help.
