They are very sweet when you call and no one mentions the fee for coming out. If I had known I would have called someone else. The tech came out walked around my house twice told me I had to pay someone else to remove the cabinets to get to the leak then left. For that 10 minutes they charged $120. When I booked the appointment they should have stated there was a fee for coming out so I could have made an informed decision. Thanks for nothing

We hired Gordon for a service call to help us find where a leak was originating from causing water to come into our condo through the ceiling. The tech only guessed at where the leak was coming from and charged us $120 for a service call. No service was rendered, just a glance at an HVAC unit and the water meters outside. We are left with no answers, no service, and still had to pay. I’ve paid less for actual service.

I didn’t have a service done, however I had an employee in truck #133 tailgate me all down Hague road this morning (5/31/24) at 0630. When the single lane split to 2, he rushed around me and started tailgating a Kroger delivery truck. Do better, both with service and driving safety.

This is the most unprofessional company that we have ever dealt with. The worker lied and said he did something when he didn’t and he didn’t realize I was watching everything he was doing. The people in the office don’t know what they’re doing so how could the employees that go to the house know what they’re doing. They all are lazy and really believe you can get different results by running only fifty feet instead of one hundred. Stupidity. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They like to take advantage of seniors citizens and not fix the problems at all but make them worse and not give the home owner their money back. Ridiculous and sad that they are ripping off senior citizens
