These guys are great. We had a catastrophic basement flood. It was horrible! Brandon took charge and had us back in business within a couple of days!!

So friendly from the first call til they left our home. Were able to get us in sooner than expected. Got things fixed efficiently, left the area clean, explained what was going on, and answered our questions. Even took the time to look at another project and get us a quote.

Grateful plumber will be the only plumber I call from now on. Twice they have bailed me out. First time from a company wanting to charge me almost 8k for a ball valve, said needed to change while system and relocate meter out side. Grateful plumber came in and simply changes the ball valve, all in $500. This last time I did a drain clearing special, they said they could not do it be cause it was galvanized pipe and was afraid to hurt the pipe and cause a bigger problem. Grateful plumber came out a few hours later and drain is clear. Can not recommend this company enough.

Brandon and Christian did quick a toilet pull and reset to repair our toilet seal, they also fixed/replaced a broken shut off valve. Explained the work and offered helpful tips. We'd use them again!

I work 12 hour shifts and it makes it difficult to schedule and communicate with businesses with regular hours. I reached out through Yelp and they were the first business to respond. Instantly! Better yet they said calling after I got off work at 7:30PM was not a problem. Hashed things out and they got us worked in very swiftly. They even fixed a shelf our toddler had pulled half out of the wall that we had been meaning to fix.

Adam and his team, especially Brandon, have done a spectacular job installing a new water heater and updated some cpvc. I recommend them for any plumbing jobs and will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future. 5 stars!
