When purchasing a new home, we discovered that the main line was in serious need of repair. Joel came out, took the time to explain the entirety of the process to my wife and I, and gave us extremely fair pricing for what turned out to be a huge job. Hellyer was just out to - what ai thought was - replace our basement faucet. As always, they weee efficient, honest and less costly than anyone I’ve had for plumbing services in the past. No faucet replacement needed, they found root of the problem and fixed it much quicker and cheaper than I was expecting. We always have such a great experience with this company.

David and Wyatt came out to help with a warranty of a previous installed water heater from another company. Not only were they punctual, but also very helpful to get our new water heater installed! Everything g is working great and we will be using them again!

One of the large local plumbers (who is one of the all in one HVAC/plumbers and starts with a "P") told us that they could not fix the hot water pressure problem in our master bath tub. They said that the cartridge needed to be replaced in the handle but that they couldn't because they couldn't get the handle off without damaging it. So they proposed putting in a whole faucet system in the tub, for approximately $5000. Hellyer's replacement quote was much lower - $1500 - but said that first they'd try to replace the cartridges. The plumber got the handles off with ease, replaced the cartridges and saved us a bunch of money!

Joel came out to snake our sewer line. They found a 40 ft. "belly" in the line. The addressed this as well as our inside drainage issues. We have not had any sewage issues since they fixed things. They addressed a problem that was a real headache for us and did a great job!

We had already gotten a quote from another plumber for a repair, I was looking for a second opinion. The receptionist at Hellyer was very friendly and patient with me describing our situation. Tony came out and quickly saved us from making a very costly repair that did not, in fact need done. They were very down-to-earth and easy to work with.
