Howald Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Jake and Kyle did a real pro job at installing both my new gas furnace and air conditioner units. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to my home. Very neat in their work and paid attention to the small details that they anticipated I would appreciate. An example of their due diligence is that Kyle brought out the old pipes that ran through the crawl and out to the a/c - experience tells me that other techs might have been lazy and left it all down there, but not this duo! And Jake made sure any new piping was close to each unit and saved as much space as possible. I know when Lawrence comes to do his quality check he'll give an A+ report.

Within 30 minutes after contacting Howald, I had a call back from Dan. He arrived within another 30-45 minutes. Luckily, it was a simple fix. Dan was amazing - knowledgeable & quick to locate & fix the problem! (He even recalled the last service call for us 2 years ago!) It was a Friday evening, but we had been out of town, so it was WONDERFUL to have the furnace up & running so quickly without having to freeze in the house that night or find a hotel that would allow our pups.

Sam at Howald continues to be an absolute rock star. We have had him to our house a half dozen times for various plumbing upgrades and each time is a treat. He is courteous, respectful, kind, and a fantastically talented plumber. We cannot recommend him and the team at Howald enough - but we have tried! We recommend them to all of our friends and family. Service Tech was professional and easy to talk with. He did a great job answering my questions and also explaining some of the functions of the parts within the furnace. Very good experience with Howald and would highly recommend them.

I thought Brandon did a fine job, he had a manager with him to make sure everything was done properly. I needed a hot water heater and it was done when it was suppose to and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. I have been doing business with this company for quite a while, since it opened over 10 years ago. I guess he took over the company from his Dad.

I highly recommend Howald Heating, AC and Plumbing for all your needs. I have used them for many years for my furnace and AC issues. We have never been unhappy with their service. Their service tech, Arman was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and prompt to my appointment. He was also able to provide me with an additional name and phone number of another company that could complete the needs required to resolve my septic clog issues.
