Joe and the crew from LD Smith really came to the rescue yesterday. The night before we had lost water pressure in all of our faucets and Citizens found a leak in our water meter pit at 2 a.m. Joe and LD Smith arrived first thing that morning and were outside digging in the frozen tundra to assess the situation. A leak is never good, but with the subzero wind chill we were very concerned about how the leak could potentially damage our home. Joe and his team miraculously were able to fix the issue and strengthen the connection to the issue—zero damage to our home. They had the water back on before lunch—amazing!

L.D. Smith Plumbing was fantastic to work with. From the initial estimate to the install, they were quick, responsive, clear, and friendly. Austin walked me through multiple options and the associated costs for a whole home filtration system and a water softener, and helped explain the "why" behind his recommendations. Then Austin and Isaac were great during the install process. They walked me through what to expect, how long my water would be off, and, once they were finished, gave me a clear explanation of both products and their maintenance needs and timeline. Highly recommend these guys - great service and what I felt was a fair price.

I can’t recommend Zach enough! He was professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. He installed a new water line in the kitchen and fixed a toilet for my elderly dad, handling both jobs flawlessly. Not only did he take care of everything with expertise, but he was also a genuinely nice guy—he even took the time to be sweet to my 16-year-old cat! If you’re looking for a skilled plumber who goes above and beyond, Zach is the one to call. I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future!

Nick came out to the house on a Saturday and was extremely professional and helpful. He stayed until the job was complete on a Saturday. Nick had every opportunity to push the job until Monday but did what was needed to fix the issue and complete tha project. He was professional and I would recommend LD Smith and Nick for all plumbing needs.
