Mister Quik Home Services

I had Ricky from Mr. Quik out for an estimate. I am seeking other estimates as well. But what I liked about Ricky is his ability to explain their services and financial options without being pushy. In fact we had a bit more conversation after I told him I wasn’t making a decision today. Thank you Ricky for being so respectful! Forgot all the details we discussed were included in an email to me!!

Gavin went above and beyond for my inspection. He was thorough and detail oriented. He walked me through all of my options and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the information I had before he left. It felt like he was there to help rather than just getting paid to do a service. He was easy to talk to and all around a cool guy. If you’re using Mister Quik ask for Gavin! Also shout out to Connie who helped me schedule my appointment. She was breath of fresh air after having called several plumbing companies. She was very kind and helpful.

Taylor came to the house while we actually had a plumber from Mister Quik out to the house for an emergency. They both had to work in a very confined space and Taylor made sure to give his colleague plenty of space and helped him a few times while he did a through service inspection on our furnace. When Taylor was finished with his work he took the time to explain in great detail what was needed to maintain a proper running furnace. As Taylor was walking me through the video of the work done, he was explaining the various services that are available through Mister Quik. I would like to say that Taylor is definitely an asset to your company. I’ve included a picture of how great they were working together.

Great and"quick" service! James was friendly and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job at a reasonable price. Thank you all. All my interactions with this company were very pleasant .

PAY ATTENTION PLEASE. I will never call another home service to fix anything. This family owned business is the only one you will ever need, I was having a real issue with getting a refrigerator hooked up in my home, understand this was day 7 on trying to get it done. Mr Quick sent a very nice plumber to change some pipes. His name is Graigory he is pleasant efficient does well. He cleaned up his work space and left the area tidy! I will 100% recommend him and the company he works for. I am talking about Mr Quick. THE BEST!

Marcus provided an excellent explanation regarding my sink backup. He delivered great customer service with a friendly and professional personality. I wanted him to handle the work because of how thorough and knowledgeable he was, but someone else is scheduled to come. Still, Marcus made a great impression, and I highly recommend him

They are actually who they say they are . I called to get an inspection/quote and they sent Ross within an hour to check it out. I love the fact that he was respectful of our home and was efficient with his inspection . He gave me the summary of his findings and recommendations on the next step. Although we haven’t made our decision yet at the time of the quote, but he understood and that right there, is how you serve your customers. I will be needing their services sooner and I want to appreciate the technician Ross who was sent out to our home as well as Mr Quik. I definitely do recommend them

Contacted Duke since they have a referral system set up. They recommended Mister Quik Home Services. Lucas M was electrician that came out. He was knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to. He did all work as requested! VERY positive experience! Will be using Mister Quik again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
