Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Indianapolis and Central Indiana

Yesterday, Jacob spent all day working on some plumbing at my house to complete a number of in installs and retrofits. He really knows his stuff and took his time to do the job right. I would have him back again when I need more plumbing work completed. David (the Manager) was also there in the morning to discuss the work and give me a VERY reasonable price and contract for all the work I wanted completed. I am very satisfied with the work, service provided and follow up with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Just about everything on this sink was wrong, and Jake fixed it right up replaced what needed to be replaced, turn upside down, upside right and stop one leak I didn't even know I had, and tightened up all the fixtures. So I would say he went above and beyond explained very well what he was doing step by step even though I was just anxious to get it done LOL 💯 Thank you Jake! I had the crew at Mr. Rooter to my house for an annual water heater flush and plumbing inspection. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I especially appreciated they recommended I reach out to a previous plumbing company to inspect a water pressure regulator that other company installed to potentially save some money. You don’t always find that level of honestly, and I really value that. I’ll be using Mr. Rooter for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

I received a mailer for Mr. Rooter a while ago, and was shopping around for plumbing service for an issue we'd been having on and off. Last night, that issue reached a critical mass, either because of the snow or just too much buildup over time. I called Mr. Rooter last night and they came out this morning to look, communicate the issue, fix the issue, and give estimates on what a long term fix will be, which I plan on pursuing at a later date. Although the price was a bit higher than I was expecting, I feel like it was well worth every penny for the great service we received, the solid communication we got, and the overall understanding of our circumstances. My daughter shared Mr Rooter’s number , suggesting I call them to get an honest appraisal of my dishwasher issue as to whether it needed parts or replacement. The service guy was very courteous and wasted no time appraising my issue. Mr Rooter is at the top of my list going forward and will suggest my family use their services going forward. Mr. Rooter was able to replace our gas water heater within a day of us calling, even though it was not an emergency. Their price was competitive and their technician, Carlos, was thorough and nice.

Jake and Damon did a great job! They were kind, considerate, and sensitive to the fact that this was a really bad situation in the middle of the weekend. Even though they had to come during their time off, they never made us feel like they weren’t happy to be there. They went above and beyond to help resolve our situation. I would definitely recommend them again!

The technician arrived on time. He was polite, Friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and went right to work. He made sure everything was working properly. Then he cleaned the work area. Job well done! Thanks Mr. Rooter.
