Prime Plumbing has met all my expectations as I settle into my 'new' old house. After an initial consult with Alex, I went ahead and signed up for a protection plan because I knew I wanted an inspection plus a couple fixes. Definitely worth it if you're in a similar boat. I've continued working with Alex and have nothing but good things to say. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and really cares about his work. Also, communication is stellar. Phil is great at keeping me in the loop and scheduling appointments. They just make it very easy overall. I was a little worried about my old plumbing, but I feel a lot more secure with Prime.

I have been looking for a family owned company that I could trust to find the root of our plumbing issues (not just cover up plumbing with expensive bandaid fixes.) The owner made a special trip to help me with some very difficult plumbing issues at my parents home and recently one of their Technicians, Alex, helped me with plumbing issues in my home. Brandon Bower was prompt with early communication to inform me he was available to arrive early. This worked perfectly with my schedule. Brandon was very professional and knowledgable about the plumping concern. Brandon conducted a thorough investigation to find the root cause of the issue which was determined to be a leak from the roof. Brandon was extremely helpful in providing a referral to a contractor that can assist with the next steps for repair and remediation. Wonderful guys took care of our water supply line leak. Professional, personable, competent; did a nice job. Owner moved us up in the schedule by a day, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a great experience. Second visit to install pressure relief valve was exceptional as well. Super nice guys. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing. I called in about a septic issue and Phil the owner came out to take a look. He was quick to take a look, knowledgeable, and had a plan of action promptly. Great customer service and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Great service and pricing! I got a quote from another company and called Prime for a second quote. They were booked but the owner, Phil, made time to stop by in the evening after his last job of the day and gave me a quote. It was much more fair and in line with what I was expecting than when I was surprised by the previous company. They saved me hundreds of dollars. The morning after the quote my pipe was frozen and we had no water so Phil himself came back right away and squeezed me in ahead of schedule. I couldn’t recommend them more!
