John was very pleasant and professional. He went over all details and went above and beyond of what was asking him. I would recommend John to anybody for plumbing work or estimates he showed kindness above all. He did not put any kind of nonsense to the conversation. thank you, John and thank you pristine plumbing for your time and efforts to provide my plumbing service. God bless this company for your great work and good customer service

From start to finish, my experience with Pristine Plumbing was truly exceptional. I initially had an appointment scheduled, but when a cancellation arose, they reached out to offer an earlier slot, without any pressure to accept. I had previously attempted to install a reverse osmosis system myself, but encountered a leakage issue. Gary, the technician who arrived, took the time to thoroughly examine the situation, displaying impressive attention to detail and professionalism. He efficiently identified and resolved the problem, all while maintaining a courteous demeanor and taking the time to explain the issue at hand. Moreover, their prices are incredibly reasonable, which, combined with the outstanding service provided by both the office staff and Gary, has cemented Pristine Plumbing as my go-to choice for any future plumbing needs." Always be weary when an expert comes to your house to help navigate you through a problem you have very little knowledge of. I called pristine plumbing and set up a consultation visit because my hot water cut out. The tech arrived, and after 15 minutes of what I assumed was him taking apart and assessing what the problem could be, he reported to me that my pilot light was out, but had no diagnosis as to why. I do not know what he was doing for those 15 minutes, but I assume he just removed the plate covering my pilot light, and laid on the floor for the rest of the time. He stated that he believes the gas valve would need replacement (approx $1k) and also encouraged me to get an entire new system (approx $3k), and stated that 6 to 8 years is usually around the time these things start falling apart. I refused these offers and told him I needed to think about it. I then went to YouTube and did my own research (which I admit is something I should have done from the beginning.) I watched a 4-minute video on how to relight your pilot ligh. It was exceedingly easy and i had the problem fixed in 2 minutes. It's basically the same process of lighting a gas fireplace. The price they were charging for this incredibly simple task was approximately $350. I'm very happy I refused the service and elected to do my own research, but I cringe thinking of how many people this company may take advantage of. I don't think pristine plumbing is an outlier, or uniquely unprofessional. I believe they are just trying to keep up with the nature of these types of services.
