Both techs were amazing i would recommend this company along with Trace and Bartley . Had them replace my furnace let us know what they were doing step by step will definitely be using them again.Servicd plus was able to get here and get the furnace replaced in a short time frame.

Service Plus makes communication effectively and provides best transparency. I received multiple text updates and confirmation to track the scheduling progress, and the name of technician with a photo for safety. The technician James was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He came on time and quickly understood my needs (with limited information provided). He identified the issue and further actions needed from his team. Although the issue has not been addressed yet (due to different area of expertise), I am very pleased about his service and advices. Definitely I will work with Service Plus team to continue the repair work as well as other future plumbing issues.

I clogged up a pipe (likely through garbage disposal) that left a tiny pond in my basment Service Plus sent James. They will be my goto call from now on. James was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered questions (even the dmb ones) cheerfuuly. I was informed of the likely cause plus diagnosis He checked more pipes than the one we called for and knew the layout and educated me along the way. Then right to problem solving Rinsed my flood area Explained how to treat after Rates are quite low, no surprises Office admin just as friendly and patient I was told what to expect and thats what i got. I was warned by relatives ahead of my appointment that it sounded too good to be true. It was true. Angi.com (angie’s list) has never misled me. They got it right this time, again.

Had Brandon as a tech. He was very professional and informative. He made sure to clean up behind himself and was well organized. He successfully unclogged my kitchen sink without any issues. All around the service was exceptional, from the phone call to make to the appointment, to the reminders through the day to let you know they are on schedule. I would recommend service plus to anyone looking for affordable drain cleaning.

In response to the owner finally responding. The only reason you responded is because your manager John called me on November 19th asking me to take down this review. I explained to him that I wouldn’t & why. You see, not once, until now, did you bother reaching out in regards to the issues stated. You had your manger reach out because my review was having a “negative impact” on your business. If you or your staff would have reached out to me when I originally contacted your business, you wouldn’t be dealing with this. Going forward, when customers reach out because there’s an issue I recommend you responding to the issue at hand. I’m sorry my review has negatively affected your business but, I made every effort to handle this with you and your company prior to this review. I am extremely disappointed with Service Plus. After paying $8500 in full for a job, they failed to complete the work and have since gone completely silent. I have been calling their office since June 21st, trying to get ahold of someone, but my calls have gone unanswered. Even more frustrating, the owner has not responded to any of my attempts to contact him directly. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They took my money and left me hanging without any resolution. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers or the commitments they make. I strongly advise anyone considering using Service Plus to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that values its customers and stands by its work.

Eddie Owen’s texted that he was on his way. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was here before time waiting on the others to be on time. He as well as his team wore booties to protect my hard wood floors and carpet. They covered my floors with canvas tarps throughout their path in the house. He answered my questions and we had off topic conversations without interruption with the speed of his work progress. He explained the install process as they went. They worked continuously and cleaned as they worked. They were truly a professional team.

Jeremy came out to do my maintenance check today. And I got two for one! Evan was with him. Jeremy and Evan were wonderful and explained everything for me with great patience. Jeremy definitely knows his stuff!! He’s always my request. Evan is new but it looks like he is going to be another great one. Thanks for having quality Employees with real integrity.

Jake Reed and Adrian Crawford did a GREAT JOB today! Adrian analyzed our issue, determined it wasn't HVAC and got Plumber Jake out within a couple hours. He determined it was an issue with water softener issue, is ordering parts and will be back tomorrow to repair. EXCELLENT service by Service Plus today! SO Timely after issue discovered Sunday night around 1030 pm. And they call you and text you with ETA of when you'll hear from them or when they will be at your house. We have their Service Plus Club Membership which is very affordable and ensures regular maintenance throughout the year and prompt urgent service when there's an unexpected issue. INVALUABLE for a homeowner!
