Steg Plumbing

Extremely disappointed. Steg plumbed our new house and we’ve had problem after problem. The biggest mistake was they did not fully connect the master shower pipes, so when water was turned on we had water flowing through to the first floor. This has caused so many issues for the past three years. It completely ruined the flooring throughout the first floor and now we’re continuing to have issues. Also, lines were not taken care of during the build so we’ve had so much debris in them causing other issues, they did not install shower unit correctly, so now we’re needing to replace full shower units. Now our water softener they installed is not working. The technician here explained this should be a covered item it shouldn’t be like this… this is just to name a few. Due to poor work by their plumbers, we’ve been fixing their mistakes for the past 3 years. It’s exhausting, and I am still waiting for a return phone call from Monday this week… the receptionist was not friendly or understanding on the phone either. Save yourself and use a different company- it’s too bad because Eric (technician) has been honest, hardworking, and reliable but that doesn’t make up for the rest.

Eric S. with Steg was my technician. The issue was a water leak coming from the outdoor garden hose connection where the pipe burst inside the wall during the winter and caused my bedroom to become a marsh when I used the connection this spring. Eric was very professional, tidy, and completed the job with minimal drywall cutting. He replaced the busted pipe with a new, better quality fixture and we are back to running water. I’ve used Steg multiple times through the past 6 years and every time I am impressed with quality service you can trust. Thank you Steg. Edit: Had two techs back again today for preventative maintenance on my water heater: Skyler and Matt. They were very thorough and I signed up for the yearly maintenance package for peace of mind, plus includes a free water heater flush to prevent sediment buildup. I also had a question about my water softener and without question immediately went to check it out and ensure it was working properly. 5 stars as always! Can’t beat this reliable service.

Ryan from Steg was absolutely great. From his punctuality of showing up on time, to his communication of the process, and down to the execution of the work he did, I am very satisfied. Should I ever have any issues in the future I hope Ryan would be the one to come back and handle the job.

Ryan was our plumber and he is FANTASTIC!!! Very professional, respectful, super clean work and punctual. Ryan went above and beyond finding the leak in our home!! He needs a promotion and a raise, the company needs more people like him! We will continue to use this Steg Plumbing and will request Ryan. A+++++++++++++

Ryan came over to change out the back up battery for our sump pump. Very polite and helpful person! Appreciate his help and professionalism.

This is my 2nd time with Plumber Skylar. . Scheduling easy. Plumber Skylar was excellent. I had previously been given an estimate. He was on time, respectful, court. He cleaned up. Answered all of my dumb plumbing questions. I asked about a couple of other future tasks and he gave me good advice and ideas. Very positive experience.Will certainly request Skylar again.

Ever since my remodel, we have had odd smells in the house, so I finally called Steg to come take a look. I thought it would be a difficult problem, but Blake identified the issue within seconds. I wish I would have insisted on using Steg for my remodel. These guys are professional and kind.

Skylar was great and showed up quickly to solve a maintenance on plumbing leak in the upstairs. This is the 3 repair they have completed. They have always been personable and efficient in fixing any of the issues.
