Customer service was great. There was a guy that gave me ideas and Quotes on my hot water boiler system repair I needed in my historical home. It’s hard to find a place that knows about boilers. Rachelle was very helpful on the phone and also when I stopped by to talk in person with detailed questions Rachelle got a guy out there that was really good and knowledgeable with giving me a quote on a new system as well to make a good choice. The sales guy was not pushy at all. Very relaxed and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing work. I called T&T after my water heater stopped working and they were able to take care of it efficiently. Joel was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a way that a new home owner like myself could understand. If you are having problems with your water heater I can’t recommend T&T, or Joel, enough. Excellent!

T&T answered my call quickly and efficiently. Then the guys came out to the house in a timely manner and serviced our units. Not only were they professional, they were up front with the costs from the beginning. I was also able to discuss the options with Mitch, the service manager, and he explained it to where I could understand. Great reliable company! Will continue to use in the future. FYI, ask about a service plan.... It will save you money!

A friend referred me to T&T for an emergency situation with a leak that occurred in my house this summer. They responded quickly and resolved the situation easily. The price charged was very fair. I called them a few months later when my furnace broke down. They went out of their way to again respond quickly, helped me with temporary heating arrangements and installed a new furnace for me quickly. Each time I have dealt with them they have been professional, courteous, fair, efficient and affordable. As a result, I plan to use them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing similar services.

Our furnace went out during single digit temps so we called T&T even though they were a bit further away. The service we received was 10 star from start to finish. The people on the phone knew exactly where to send us and were great with scheduling. The salesman Jim was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we wanted, he never tried to push anything we didn't need on us. The techs Tyler and Brandon were very careful not to make a mess and handled our installation in no time at all. T&T made replacing a furnace as easy as it could be!

Recently, I needed to get a new furnace. Jim gave us a very fair quote and helped facilitate the installation. Scotty and his install crew were great!
