Merz Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

The coldest night of the winter our furnace failed. We called Merz the next day. They promptly diagnosed that the heat exchanger was cracked and a total replacement was necessary. Dan Merz and his crew; Adam, Brandon & Jeff, had us up and running with a new furnace expeditiously. Their install was professional and efficient. They were very personable and cleaned up the work areas properly. A job well done!

Very professional and knowledgable, he replaced my dryer vent in no time and troubleshooted the rusty basement drain concerns I had. Update: the old iron basement drain was removed and replaced with PVC, which will make it a lot easier to add a washing machine drain when that happens. Wonderful work and no issues. Thanks!

Wanted to say Thanks to the Merz Team for getting our furnace back up and running so quickly yesterday. We woke up to freezing temps. and our 8yr. old furnace would not turn on. I called Merz shortly after 8 am and they informed me that they already had a list and would get to us asap. I was having an issue with my furnace and wanted to use a local company. Merz was recommended by a friend and they are close to where I live. I had the pleasure of having Brandon for my Tech. Super nice, friendly guy. Liked him right away. He was able to figure out my problem in record time and got me taken care of. I would definitely use them again. BUT, I am sticking to my story.....it had NOTHING to do with my filter LOL! Thanks Brandon, for getting me heat again! You did a GREAT job!

They made the process simple and easy from start to finish. Their prices were very reasonable. We called on a Friday and they were there Monday morning working and had the job done that day.
