Cody stopped by to look at some plumbing repair work. I walked in thinking it would be a simple thumbs-up/down, I left realizing I was in for some tough conversations. He was thorough, honest about both best and worst-case scenarios, as well as being unable to provide solid numbers without doing a bit of additional legwork. I could only dream of most tradesfolk being so transparent and forthright. If we end up needing substantive plumbing work done, you can bet Artisan will be on our very very short list.

Worst experience I have had with a plumber. He moved a water heater out and back for floor removal. He crushed my pan and plumbed the pipe wrong. There are lots of better plumbers out there.

I absolutely love this company! I’ve utilized their services four times now and every time they have been timely, professional, and so kind. I had an emergency on Saturday called and was told they didn’t have anyone available at the moment. I was bummed because I was holding a party and was in a panic, but Cody tried to walk us through how to fix the issue. Once he found out we couldn’t fix it he found someone to come fix the issue. They got my water back up and running and the leak fixed and saved my party! I truly appreciate these guys and will always recommend them.

I’ve had Artisan Plumbing install a garbage disposal, sump pump (and backup), and a water softener over the past several months. They have been extremely professional and reliable in addition to be locally based. I would highly recommend them.

They are the best plumbers you could ever ask for. They are always helpful, courteous and provide multiple solutions. You can’t go wrong with them as we have used them for years!!!

I dealt with Cody. He was incredibly professional, prompt, and very communicative. I couldn't recommend him and Artisan Plumbing more.
