I couldn’t be more pleased with this company!!! I had contacted several plumbers for a week about my hot water heater leaking and no return calls. I called YSOP and had a wonderful conversation with the lady on the phone and scheduled my service. I am pleased to say that DJ & Tanner quoted me a reasonable price and I now have a new water heater and no mess. DJ & Tanner were very pleasant and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a somewhat complicated and involved plumbing job that two other local companies declined to work on. Then, we received some outrageous quotes and proposals from some of the bigger names. DJ from 2nd Opinion quickly figured out the issue and agreed to take the job at a fair rate. He did quality work, had some great ideas, and was reliable. We were very satisfied and would recommend.

Jerry and Cody with 2nd opinion did a great job. Me and my husband asked 1000 questions and they walked us through everything and explained everything. They saved our day! Not to mention there PRICES are more than fair! I know who I’m going with from here on out. 2nd opinion is getting my business from here on out. They aren’t here for them they are here for you! 5 stars all the way! It’s great to know there is still honest people out here. They were nothing but honest! Thank you very much!

I had 2 other plumbers and a well known septic tank company here several times with no results and an unusable bathroom. YSOP fixed it in 2 days! The others said they couldn’t find the septic tank but thought it was under my deck . My son had to dismantle and remove my deck. Jerry and Cody found it the first day, at least 20 feet away from my dismantled deck, not under it!!! They were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They explained everything they were going to do No mud or mess tracked in my house either! My bathroom works like new! I love these guys and appreciate all their hard work ( even though it was freezing outside) I very much recommend them! I am telling everybody about they saved me from the horror story I had found myself I. And is I have future need of any plumbing problem, they are the ONLY people I will call. Their price was super reasonable too. Amazing!
