I got a water softener installed that I bought on my own. Once it was delivered, I called to see if I could have someone install it. They said that they could have someone out that day. Someone was there within two hours. Pretty incredible. The work was completed in less than one. It was just a brine tank and a resin tank and was installed where a pervious system had been. The work was clean and they even removed the empty boxes. The only part I wasn't 100% happy about was the pricing. The quote was done on-site and if I didn't want the work done I would still be charged $75 for the diagnostic. The quote I got was $700 to install. The installer called his boss and asked if he could go lower (I hadn't said anything about the price) and his boss asked what my target was. I threw out $400 with no reference. They said the best they could do was $525. I agreed. They were already there and I would have been out $75 anyway. I still feel like that was high but I could be wrong. $175 discount make me a little uneasy about how pricing is handled. Or maybe I'm just lucky.

Long, long story, I’ve had problems with a water heater for many years . I’ve spent over 3k with the another plumber during that time. Once the other plumber recommended that my unit to be replaced I called Fall Creek for a second opinion. Don came out and engineered his way around the issues and step by step he assessed and strategically figured out the problem. He took the time and communicated extremely well with me. I’m very satisfied with his professionalism and thoroughness. They were able to resolve the problem and I’m very thankful for that.

Don and his crew did a spectacular job of diagnosing and offering us repairs or replacement. We opted to replace. They came back same day and had the water heater in about a hour. They left it cleaner than it was when they arrived. Will certainly call again if I ever need any plumbing.

We had an issue with our washer hook ups the day of closing on our house. We called Fall Creek at 10am on our way to closing to see if they could fix the issue today. Chris had is done by 2pm. He texted us a couple quotes as we weren’t able to be there, and was honest about the process the whole way through. He even sent before/after pics for us to see. He did a great job, highly recommend!

I called the company because I had just purchased a home that had no hot water or a softener. Both are a must in my home! They were flexible around my schedule and came the same day. Brett was my plumber and was absolutely amazing. He quickly dispatched a team to bring equipment that I so very much needed. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and would highly recommend him and this company a million times over!

Brett showed up within 45 minutes of me calling the business number to look at my sink. The part I needed had to be ordered and he was in daily communication with me regarding its arrival. He made a stressful situation a lot less stressful!
