I would recommend Gibson’s services to anyone in the market for any heating or ac services. From the initial meeting with David going over the equipment and cost to the installation Joe and his team completed it was a stress free experience. They are all very knowledgeable in what they do. Scheduling was easy and the service was completed quick. They exceeded my expectations! Thank you Gibson’s team!

Customer service when we scheduled for an appointment was very helpful and knowledgeable about our problem. Andy came out the next day all the way from Indiana and found the clog outside in our main pipes right away. He unclogged it with no problems at all. Price was very reasonable compared to other places that were in area that would “might” be able to do the job. I greatly appreciate this business and service. Will always keep in mind. Thank you so very much❣️

We had a technician come out yesterday to diagnose our tankless water heater. The ad says diagnostic and solution offers to fix it for $95. The technician started by offering a new water heater before even touching ours. The technician was unable to determine the issue. I called the follow day to ask for a solution or at the very least a refund for not upholding their commitment that is stated on their website. I was told by the manager that he shouldn't have even called tech support without charging an extra $100. So basically they were supposed to charge another $100 to call somebody else to figure out how to move forward with their job because they don't know how. Also they refused to refund the $95 for standing around waiting for tech support to answer. Now we have to call somebody else and start from scratch since we still have no idea what is wrong with it and we are out $95 for nothing. Complete waste of time and money. Terrible. Would give it 0 stars if possible. Will be getting a hold of the BBB as well because this is highway robbery! Update: we had Rolf Griffin come out and they fixed the problem within seconds. Literally 5 minutes and $99 and problem is now fixed. I guess Gibsons just need some more training or something.

We recently had Gibsons come out for needed repairs. Andy Bauer was our tech and we really want to take a minute to point out how satisfied we were with him. He conducted himself very professionally and demonstrated a strong in-depth knowledge. This made of us feel in great hands and that we could trust the outcome. Andy also showed he truly cares about making sure the customer knows and understands their options as well as understands the problem. He also made sure to answer all our questions and concerns. Andy was very accommodating as well while I continued my work day in home and was flexible! It’s been a long time since I have received such great customer service in all areas! Thank you Andy!

Isaac was able to come out to my house after hours for a plumbing issue. Was a very nice young man! He was quick to respond back to me, was quick getting to me and was quick at getting the job done, efficiently! Pricing was also quite reasonable given the situation and that it was after hours. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to a friend!

Ashley came right out even tho it was an hour drive for her. She was kind and helpful. She worked hard to solve the problem and explained as she went. She genuinely enjoys her job and it was wonderful having such a nice, hard working individual show up!!

Had someone come out to fix our 7 yr old tankless water heater. He was suggesting a new one before even looking at it. Then he found out my husband used to be an HVAC service tech and changed his tune. After looking at it, he said he didn't know the problem and could come back for a regular cleaning maintenance and call tech support for an extra fee. So we paid $95 for them to come out say they don't know how to fix it. We requested a refund for the $95 since nothing was done (including a diagnosis) while he was here but they wouldn't give us the refund. Just said they'd have him come back and waive the $100 fee for calling tech support 🙄 If you arent familiar with this type of work, please know that a fee for calling tech support is actually ridiculous. I also requested a call back from the service manager to discuss further and was never called. Update: We called another company that came out today and figured out the issue within minutes without needing to call tech support, but if they did need to call tech support, there would be no cost because again, that's ridiculous. "Waiving a fee" for calling tech support is a scammy gimmick to make it seem like Gibson's is doing you a favor... they are not.

We had our water heater replaced. Gibson's was recommended to us by another company, because they work with mobile homes. Scheduling was easy on their website with a prompt follow-up call. The office provided all of the information that I needed for the appointment and assured me that they would let me know when to expect the technician. Once the service technician, Mark, arrived he introduced himself and the plan to diagnose the issue and offer solutions. He thoroughly explained the issue and was able to effectively answer my questions to help me choose the best option for our situation. Mark worked efficiently to prepare the old water heater for removal while the replacement was delivered. Once the new water heater arrived, Mark made the connections and checked his work, giving us a piece of mind. Mark was respectful of the home, diligently using the shoe covers appropriately during the entire visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I truly appreciate Mark's work and I am grateful for all that he and the Gibson team did to get our water heater issue resolved the same day of the call. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Mark and the Gibson Heating & Plumbing team.
