R & D Plumbing

Moving into a new home is always an experience. I had a concern over the water heater operation during the snow storm last night and called R&D to get some thoughts. Doyle was AWESOME and answered my questions. He offered further assistance if needed. Very Knowledgeable, Helpful and Friendly.

Absolutely horrible bigoted people working here. Making fun of disabled children and calling them horrible names to their face is completely unacceptable. Disgraceful and disgusting.

The owners of this business are bigoted and hateful. They used hate speech and harassed a disabled teenager at their business. Absolutely terrible. Shameful.

We tried to support a local business in Altoona and were told they were too busy and the service would be delayed for a few weeks. They did not respond to followup emails. I got my problem fixed by another company in 2 days. On another occasion asked the owner for advice on how to fix a hole in the ceiling caused by his team and he told me to fix the 9 sq ft problem myself. No suggestions were given for a drywall contractor. Their plumbers are unprofessional also. They fight with each other while on service calls.

Well hard to give a review when the never returned our calls. We called 4 times and left messages and never heard from them. We live in Altoona and would have loved to help support the local businessman, but they didn't give us much choice.

Sump pump stopped working. Called these guys at 7AM on a Monday and they understood the urgency. Had someone at my house by 8AM and got it fixed. Thanks!

Waited a week and a half for an estimate and schedule for installing new toilet and dishwasher only to be told they were too busy to do the work. Poor customer service and dispatching. Won't use again. And I was a repeat customer. Didn't matter.

The service call was same day, fast and great! We truly appreciate this group.They never disappoint. Thank you!
