They are amazing! Shane was the one who fixed all of our plumbing issues and had great customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly and worked very quickly. Pricing was great too!

I did not have this company do any work for me. I have hear wonderful things about them. But I did have employees from this company come into my work establishment for lunch and 1 of the employees didn't show very polite manners and by the attitude and communication of this individual I would NOT want someone working for me like this. A grown man. Maybe he doesn't work with people but if you have a company name on you maybe you should represent them well and learn some manners or better communication skills. And not hide in your car after you displayed rude behavior.

Premier plumbed my house when it was built 15 years ago and I have utilized them ever since, most recently for a water heater fix. Tim and back office personnel were extremely courteous and timely in all interactions with us after we lost hot water. Tim did an excellent job in fixing the issue, very clear in explaining the cause of the failure and all of our options. If you need plumbing service in the Ankeny area, you will never regret using Premier.

I hope these guys are better at Plumbing than they are at driving one of them just about ran me off the road about a half hour ago. He didn't even look in his mirror. Just started switching lanes. I would have got his plate number but I couldn't catch back up to him. Whoever was driving was doing well over the limit. At least 80 mph in a 55 Zone. Zigzagging through traffic. Perhaps it was an emergency. But there's no Plumbing emergency that means you need to Danger the lives of everyone on the roadway with you.

Premiere Plumbing sent Ryan out to help with our bathroom sink problem. He came in a very short time after our call and was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the problem. He fixed things in a short amount of time and was very detail oriented. He looked over everything on both sinks, making sure all was working well. I'd recommend Premiere Plumbing to anyone.
