Dalton and John came out to my shop and fixed my leaking toilet. They were super helpful and efficient. They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They were very respectful in their speech and how they carried themselves. Their work was speedy and they even cleaned up after themselves! I really appreciated having them out to help.

Unexpected occurrence at our house with the sump pump not shutting off. The call was placed to the organization and quick response. Dalton drove all the way and was here on time. 2:20am. Very gentle kind, loving person who knew his craft when it comes to Plumbing. He was professional and very methodical in explaining what was transpiring and how he wanted to proceed with the mitigation of the concern. Very courteous and professional to the hilt. Found signs of a leak on my basement ceiling and all I could think is $$$$. I located 1 Tom Plumbing after calling a few plumbers who requested that I leave a message and they would get back to me. 1Tom Plumbing answered and we set up a day and time. Justin, arrived on time very professional and courteous. I showed him the issue and he immediately began to diagnose the problem within 10-15 minutes. Justin mapped out a plan and reset an appointment date to rectify my plumbing issue. On the day or the service both Justin and Josh showed up within the time they said and resolved my issue within the hour. Both did an outstanding and professional job at a reasonable price. Once completed they cleaned up the area and gave me a review of the work done. The experience was top notch, I will definitely refer and use 1Tom Plumbing again. Great work guys!

Chad and Justin were awesome! Very nice and prompt. Super quick with the service and even had a customer appreciation gift! Will definitely be using them for any future plumber needs. P.S, don’t use dish soap in your toilet even if the internet says so.

Justin and Dalton came out to my house after hours and on short notice. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and worked very quickly to diagnose the problem and fix it. The dispatch agent was friendly and courteous as well.

Steven was very professional, courteous and took the time to explain the issues and the process that was necessary to fix the problem. Steven took the time to show me the problem areas and after completing the drain cleaning he ran the washer to show me that the water was draining properly and the pipe was cleared. Steven went above and beyond by cleaning the basement floor where there was a bit of water spillage and even cleaned the kitchen floor where the were a bit of wet foot prints. Excellent service and superb customer service!!
