My sewer service had total blockage. I called to have it fixed. They placed me on the list and were able to come the same day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He completed his task quickly and with a reasonable cost. I will be recommending there services!

I couldn't honestly tell you how there plumbing skills are because they have never shown up. I called 8 days ago and they recommended getting my septic pumped first and hopefully that would fix the problem. I called back the next day after we did and we still had a clogged line.I was told they were very busy and was told Wednesday or Thursday (this was Tuesday) .On Thursday I was told Friday and on Friday I was told 1st thing Monday morning. We rented an Auger and fixed it ourself. I tried to call Monday to cancel and hung up after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer. It hs Tuesday and I still haven't heard from them.I understand they are busy but this is a little much especially when you know the customer is in a pickle

I described my issue to Michelle over the phone and she was polite when answering my questions regarding cost. The techs arrived when they said they would, they diagnosed the problem that did not need what I thought was needed, and didn’t try to sell me on anything else. The problematic drain line cleared easily and I received some good feedback regarding garbage disposal usage. Very satisfied.

We called last Wednesday to make an appointment for Monday, never heard from them so called Monday afternoon and told running behind, it will be Tuesday. We called at 11:00 Tuesday and told running behind they will call as soon as they can. We still haven’t heard from them. We called Zippy yesterday afternoon and they came at 8:00 this morning. Greenwoods has lost a customer- unprofessional and poor communication.

Greenwood is our sewer service go-to! They can sometimes get busy and reschedule you because they have commercial customers that get higher priority. But, once they squeeze you in you get great professional service.

Alex and his colleague (didn’t catch her name!) were so great. So competent, honest, and good people. Hate that they had to come out but love that they were who I had. Can’t recommend them enough and I’ll never call anyone else.

I was referred to Greenwood by another plumbing service. I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews, which is why I’m doing my part to help out. We had a backed up kitchen sink, and I had already tried my 25 ft manual auger to unclog to no avail. I called them and they had availability the next day (would’ve been same day had I called sooner!). They said the people would be out after their other appointment. They called me around 230 the next day to let me know they were on their way. I let them know how to find my house since Google Maps sometimes takes people to the wrong area. They arrived, and spent about 45-60 minutes unclogging with their machine. The cost was not only reasonable but cheaper than what I expected. I would totally use their services again, had a great experience and no hiccups like the other reviews on here!
