Robert's replaced a water heater for me. Professional and knowledgeable for the installation. I would highly recommend to everyone and I recently inquired for shower remodel. They complete old tub to walk in shower. I couldn't be more pleased! I love it. The same personal, professional and knowledgeable great customer service!

The best in Iowa. About 5yrs ago we had our furnace go out. Called around and all companies that came by said a new furnace was needed. Called Roberts & they found a fix that at the time saved us. $200 fix instead of a new furnace. 5yrs later it was time to replace that same furnace that others said was done. We will never use any other company than Roberts heating and cooling. Replaced our furnace and ac in a day, with a great price at that.

We had Roberts replace our water heater a few years ago and were very pleased so we called them to install faucets in a kitchen and primary bath redo. Gloria was great in her attention to detail when I called to schedule the project. Ben was friendly, professional and accommodating when we had multiple trades working in our home during the install. I highly recommend Robert’s. They deliver outstanding customer service.

Roberts went above and beyond when my parents had two simultaneous emergencies. 11pm Sat night, the coldest night of the year so far, my 76 year old dad woke up and could not feel his leg at all. Called 911. Paramedics had carbon monoxide sensors which sounded alarms as soon as they walked into my parent's home. My dad went in the ambulance to the hospital. Paramedics sent mom, who has dementia, dog and my brother out of the house and called the gas company. The furnace and/or water heater were giving off carbon monoxide. Gas company shut the gas completely off. If not for a timely and unrelated blood clot in dad's leg, both parents and the dog would certainly have died that night. I called Roberts at about 1am Sunday morning. Ben brought three space heaters so the pipes wouldn't freeze. He quoted the price for a new furnace and promised to install within few days. He saw how stressed I was and even offered a hug. He never acted annoyed that I woke him up and called him out in way below zero temps. Owner came out the next morning to take a look. More complications found in the daylight. Asbestos duct tape on the ancient coal furnace converted to gas. Robert's found an asbestos remediator and coordinated with them to get all of the work done in record time. They removed the giant ancient furnace, installed a new one along with a water heater, and cleaned up all of the mess. I cannot say enough kind words about Roberts and would not hesitate to hire them again.

My husband and I just recently met with Clay in regards to replacing our heat and cooling equipment. He was very knowledgeable and actually really listened to what we were looking for and didn’t try to sell us on another product. These guys are prompt! Called last week for a water leak and they were at my house 50 minutes later, and I live 20 minutes from their shop. Took a while to find the true cause of the leak, but they were honest and upfront prior to making the first cut into my wall. Also had them tune up my furnace a few weeks back and the tech was incredibly knowledgeable.

Roberts is the way to go for all heating, cooling and plumbing. Our water heater started spewing water everywhere last night. We shut the water main off to the house because the water heater didn't have a shut off. We called Roberts first thing this morning and Gloria said they would get someone out today so we didn't have to be without water. Ben called me within an hour and asked questions about our water heater and said they would be out to replace it today. He even quoted the total price. Ben and Alex were here before noon to replace the heater. They were friendly, efficient and respectful as well as caring to our situation. We won't hesitate to call them again if needed.
