Called for emergency plumbing service, was told they were sending the information to their office, and never received a call back. I after 45 minutes I contacted another plumbing company and they had a person assigned within a 15 minute call. If you need emergency service don’t bother with this company.

Excellent service! Caleb and Tyler were very professional and I was impressed with how quickly they fixed my garbage disposal. They clearly knew what they were doing!

Had them come out to quote a replacement reservoir tank. After talking we decided to entertain getting a whole new system with multiple water heaters. Never received quote or further communication even after calling the office for an update.

We called to have a leaking toilet fixed. Our home has CPVC pipes and it's over 20 years old. The plumber from Rhiners let alone any plumber worth anything should have known these pipes can get brittle and we've been told by a couple other plumbers that they just don't break on their own with a little bit of pressure. Apparently the plumber from Rhiners cranked on it to tighten it and it broke. We had water running everywhere. This was on a Wednesday...they didn't come back until Thursday into the following week so we were down a bathroom and shower during that time. My husband paid for the services on that Wednesday. About $130. Keep in mind that they broke the pipe... when they fixed it the next week they charged us $630 plus we have holes in our walls that need patching that again...had they not busted our pipe in the first place none of this extra cost would have been an issue. My husband emailed them and pleaded our case that this wasn't our doing...they refused to budge on the cost of the 2nd visit and told him they didn't charge us for labor for the first visit... WHAT??? If they hadn't broke the pipe on the first visit we would have never had a 2nd visit. This is totally ridiculous and no way to work with a customer! Needless to say...we don't have a nice review for Rhiners Plumbing in Clive!

Andrew showed up on time and did a good job of explaining issues and work that needed to be done for some plumbing to my water hose as well as a leaky toilet. He fixed the issue quickly and left my place clean as well. Highly recommend!

Their service technician, Andrew, is the most thorough serviceman we've ever had. He finds little things that can be fixed to improve the performance of your appliances....runs to the store to get basic supplies so you don't have to...even hung our sump pump monitor on the wall so we could see it better. Very, very impressed!
