Jordan did a good job of connecting the Bidet in 3 bathrooms. His quality of service is good. But for the 35 minutes work I had to pay close to $400, which I think is an exorbitant amount, and kind of an outlier for DSM standards. He explained the cost estimates before starting the work specifically about the cost of service, however he should have done that prior to showing up here. I will definitely engage him for future work, but the caveat here is don’t take anything granted. Bell Bros is not the same old anymore.

Our house started smelling like gas on a Sunday morning. They were here by 11am and we had a new furnace by the Tuesday. We had two people out on Sunday and they left us with space heaters as we had to turn off the furnace. Prices and work expectations were very clear. We decided to replace the whole system as well as the water tank and whole-house humidifier. We are pleased to have a heat pump and expect much lower electricity bills. We definitely didn't want to spend all that $$ but the process was easy, the financing reasonable, and the work was done in time for the Tuesday blizzard. I highly recommend Bell Brothers.

I have used Bell Brothers for annual maintenance since buying our home 7 years ago. They are always professional, courteous and prompt and do a nice job. Our heat recently went out during a winter storm when my husband was out of town. They were able to get out on the same day. The tech was fantastic. But the price charged for a $5 fuse (low amp 3-5 volt) was over $200. While I'm grateful for the heat and good service, this markup is excessive!

Received a new water heater and service was excellent. Everything was explained including warranty and tips for adjusting if necessary. The house was left very clean when all was said and done. Great company we trust for our needs.

Very good experience all the way around. Jacob was cordial and quickly got an appointment setup for the same day. As I was told by Jacob our service technician David called prior to his arrival. David was friendly and put on booties without being asked, making the lady of the house very happy. David was thorough in listening to the issues we were having, and diagnosed the issue. He explained what was done without trying to upsell on any upgrades. Overall a very professional experience all the way around. Our issue appears to have been fixed. I would reach out to them for any future problems.

The care and concern regarding the issues with my air and my furnace were top notch. The customer service is commendable and extremely appreciated. Very unpleasant experiences with the previous company I was with caused a distrust so I knew a change was needed. In asking others what company they support Bell Brothers came highly recommended. The care and kindness shown from the first phone call with Jim, to the completion of having a working central air unit and a working furnace was outstanding. David Hoffman took the time to explain everything from beginning to end and worked very hard to have the issue fixed before he left on that late Friday afternoon. Absolutely no regrets in calling Bell Brothers. I feel comfortable in knowing the expertise and experience they provide will handle any services needed in the future.
