Clog Busters Drain Cleaning & Repair

Noah and Travis came out last night after our basement bathroom decided to malfunction to a degree I’ve never seen before. Even though it was icy out, they were here for almost two hours diagnosing and fixing the issue that caused this. Then they cleaned our bathroom for us and I cannot emphasize enough just how awful of a mess it was. My basement smells like lemon. They laid sheets to protect our carpet. They were kind, respectful, courteous, and I immediately felt at ease once they were here because of their quiet confidence that they could help. They knew what they were doing and kept us informed in a way we understood the entire time. This was our first big house issue as we’re first time homeowners, and we have found our forever plumbers. I would and will recommend this company to everyone!

Brian was timely and amazing at his job! They have the best quality and high tech equipment to get the job done right! I had a blockage in my kitchen sink drain pipe from calcium buildup. He worked hard throughout the day with the help of Sam for part of it to clean out the calcium buildup that has occurred over 50 years from the house out to the main sewer line. The pipes are now in amazing condition and could last another 50!

We needed service the same day and they made it happen. They advised us of a service charge and told us up front while making the appointment. No surprises. I have been working with Clog Busters for the last two days because my shower was backing up. As any homeowner knows, dealing with stuff like this is stressful and expensive. That said, I was in good hands through the whole process. My technicians, Mason and Brian were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in helping me choose the best option for my situation. I was contacted prior to arrival and kept informed at every step of the process. They worked diligently to fix my issue with great results. The office staff were also helpful and got me scheduled quickly and efficiently. No one ever wants to be in this situation, but if you find yourself there, this company does a great job.

I called Clog Busters on lunch break about a slow floor drain in the basement and they were out same day to get everything squared away. Nick and Dylon were my technicians, they walked me through everything they were doing, answered my constant questions and made sure everything was cleaned up and to my satisfaction before leaving. They were friendly, professional and efficient. I’ll definitely be calling Clog Busters if I have another issue!

Welp after thinking our Christmas was ruined, Clog Busters came and saved the day, was fast and efficient unlike some other companies that take forever to get back to you. They found me a great plumber(technician) and saved Christmas for my family!!!! They are up front and honest about the bill before doing the work. And even showed us our problem areas and what we could do to prevent it happening again. Anthony M. answered every question we had including from my 7 yr olds million and one questions. So very family friendly and nice. Thanks again!!! Anthony M. needs a promotion for going above and beyond!!!

Brandon B was great to work with. He was able to get out early in the morning after I called and knew what he was talking about. He explained all the options available to me, and the benefits of their package offers and how those mitigate the additional cost without pressuring to upsell me on services I may not have needed. 5/5 I would call again and specifically request Brandon.
