You are professional, timely, kind and quick. You are good to people unlike all these big companies that are only doing this for profit instead to help. Thank you for being great at what you do!

Paul rescued me today when a shower that wouldn’t drain turned into water coming out a light fixture. I was overwhelmed and he came quickly, addressed the problem, and was very kind. Very reasonably priced as well. Would recommend!

We have a problem with our main sewer line in our basement. Tree roots get in, and in 2019 they collapsed the line. Our landlord opted for a line patch at that time, and on its own that cost thousands through roto rooter. It worked well up until yesterday, when our line backed up in the basement with standing water all around the drain the same way it did when the line collapsed. We had Dustin out to take a look, he cut some tree roots out, and after he left, the water line backed up again. For 24 hours we were worried sick that we may have to move out if our line had collapsed again. It didn't sound like our landlord had 20k for a total line replacement and we were already feeling the effects of not being able to do laundry, shower or flush the toilet. Dustin came back the following night, outside of what many consider to be business hours, free of charge, to follow up on our issue. And this time he got it resolved. No collapse! I am so happy with the results I vow that dsm sewer and drain has my business from here on out. Thank you for being the best tonight Dustin. We are truly grateful for your service to us.
