I have used Excel Mechanical in the past and had an acceptable level of service, depending on the tech. However, today I was extremely disappointed in their lack of follow through and communication. I was told that my facility would be a priority since it is healthcare and that someone would be out today. I received no phone call and found out at 4:00 that no one showed up. When I called to inquire as to why no one came, I was given no explanation or apology by Kyle, and was merely told that if we wanted someone to come out, it would be at an overtime rate. I have never had the poor level of service pr lack of consideration in healthcare that was provided today by Excel. If you need guaranteed services, you are best to look elsewhere.
