We are so pleased with Lazer and Mason who came to change out some light fixtures in our basement stairway and basement ceiling. He helped us pick out new light fixtures when the ones we bought weren't going to fit properly. We so appreciated his guidance. He made quick work with the stairway light fixture. And he will return next week once we buy the new light fixtures for the basement ceiling. We have used Lazer before. We have been very pleased each time. They are also very reasonable. Can't ask for more

Lazer Home Services was quick to answer my call and perform services on my furnace. I never felt like my technician Lucas was trying to sell me anything, and he honestly cared about me as a customer and showed that by coming up with different scenarios on how to complete the work. He was diligent and creative on how to help solve my furnace issue. These guys pick up the phone even when they are extremely busy. Very reliable service, and I am now a monthly service member!

This was my first time receiving Lazer Home Services. I was very impressed. The receptionist and schedulers were extremely kind and helpful. Mason was prompt, courteous, and he thoroughly explained all possible options. I signed up for their Lazer Family Plan- great customer service.

Andrew was very punctual which I really appreciated, said he was gunna be here and was at said time. He was respectful of my floors and wore booties whenever inside. Small hiccup with the repairs but was very informative about what need to be done and no additional costs. Plus I have 2 babies running around the house 1 and 3 yrs old and he was not bothered which to me is one of the greatest things that could happen. The understanding he showed was awesome.

We had Berton with Lazer Home Services HVAC service our A/C, furnace & fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and honest. We also had Mason with Lazer Electric & Ryan & John with Lazer Plumbing address electrical & plumbing items in our home. ALL were courteous, efficient, trustworthy & reasonable. Arrived on time. Did a very thorough diagnostic of my furnace prior to presenting me with options. I already was aware it was 17 years old and was expecting to replace it. Nevertheless he initially gave me a cost option to repair it. Then worked up 2 options for a new unit. I selected an option based on my household needs, to replace it with a similar unit. He also offered me an option to add a humidifier which was an excellent suggestion with wood floors and a piano on the main floor. Very reasonable price for this addition. The total cost was within my researched expectations. He is a well trained young man who handled my questions with confidence and very professionally. It was a very successful and cordial visit and I would highly recommend him as an excellent employee of Lazer.

Zach provided excellent service in checking our furnace and ac. He came on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Lazer to everyone and look forward to working with them in the future.

Scott completed a plumbing job for me today to fix a leaky faucet in my tub/shower. He had to cut out a portion of the wall to replace the valve. He did an awesome job and left the wall sealed so I can use the shower while deciding on what type of surround I want to use for replacement. He also installed new brushed nickel fixtures. Scott was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He left the bathroom clean. No mess left behind. I will request him for all my plumbing needs and Lazer Home Services will be my go to company for all my home service needs.
