Alex was able to chat with me on the phone to dictate exactly what kind of service I needed, and then scheduled me promptly. I had a jam packed lateral system that he and the septic company weren't sure it could be removed, but he was able to get it clear and save me a lot of money. I would recommend him to anyone that needs rootering service. UPDATE: A year later I had backing up into our house. I called Alex in the morning and he chatted through it with me. He showed up mid afternoon same day, and was able to rooter out a clog. Still good at his job, still quick to show up, and still affordable!

Alex came out to our house as we had water in our basement. He did a very thorough inspection and monitored our floor drain closely. After being unable to find any further issues he suggested we buy a water monitor and gave us his card - all at very reasonable fee.
