Started okay but went downhill. Often didn't have the parts on hand and would leave for the day. Refused to read the manual so couldn't figure out how to install the fixtures, just complained that he hated that fixture company. Didn't keep track of his assistants and had to redo their work more than once. An assistant didn't protect the fixtures and damaged them with a wrench when installing. PEX was creased and not installed to spec and he told me it was fine (it wasn't). The big work went okay but the details were lacking to the point I got tired of asking him to redo his work.

Bob and his team were preferred by the landlord to perform all of the plumbing work for my cafe in the Historic Valley Junction area ranging from bathroom remodel to ejector pit and water heater install to basic water line work. He is a master plumber and his level of expertise of identifying the work needing done is accurate and performance is quality.

We were quoted $400-$600 after providing photos of three repairs we needed done. Two of those repairs were completed but the third could not be because the plumber didn’t have the right supplies. We were still charged the $600 because that was the time it took to address the first two repairs.

the charges for service were never discussed and I felt overcharged. This was partly my fault but if you use this guy, make sure you know exactly what he will be charging first.
