Rogers Septic Maintenance & Repair

I called them yesterday for an issue with my septic. Very timely service and the gentleman that came took the time out of his day to teach me some things about my septic tank I didn't know. May or may not save me money in the long run, but very useful knowledge. I'll be using this company again in the future.

I chose Rogers over Bob's because their upfront cost was $200 cheaper! Rogers was able to get me pumped the same afternoon that I called and the gentleman, Darrell, who came out was more than patient with me and gave me a short class on my septic system that was VERY much appreciated! I will recommend then to anyone and everyone with a septic tank!

On a Sunday morning the underground line running from our septic tank to our house broke right at the house foundation. We called after hours and spoke with a tech immediately. The following morning I spoke with a very helpful lady in the office, and an hour later Denny was at my house. He did a thorough evaluation, quoted an estimate, and said they would try to get the work done Thursday or Friday. We were prepared to be without water and toilets for a few days. This morning (only two days after my first call) I spoke with their office again to see about getting on the schedule. The owner said they could get it done today, and less than an hour later they were hard at work! They dug up and replaced the decrepit line, which was crumbling badly, and got it done in just a few hours! And the price was amazing! Seriously, I don't know why anyone would use any other company. The boss himself was on the job! And everyone was so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and patient with this novice. Roger's is proof that angels walk among us, because they saved us! If you need help, don't hesitate to call. If I could give 1000 stars I would!

My wife and I have used Rogers service for years, rock solid company. Just had Darrell out today to pump out our tank, quick, efficient, cleaned up everything afterwards, just all around great. We'll be customers for years to come!

Rogers Septic is a top notch local company with excellent customer service and quality work ethic. They replaced our entire septic tank, pump tank and pump last fall. A couple surprises didn't deter their quality of work to do the job right. They even sent someone out this spring to help by showing us how to complete a maintenance task we can do ourselves. In the 20+ years we've owned our home, we've not used anyone else for our septic system and will continue to call on them.
