True Comfort easily has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had quite a bit of work done including replacing my furnace, AC, ductwork, and even replacing a part in my toilet. Every tech that’s come out has had an incredibly positive and friendly attitude, answers all my questions and they all seem to genuinely enjoy their work. True Comfort does not try to sell you something you don’t need which is among the many great qualities they have. I will never go to anyone else for these particular needs. So glad they do plumbing now too!

I am extremely grateful to the team at True Comfort! This morning, I woke up to a cold house because my furnace had stopped working overnight. I immediately called for help around 3:30 AM, and within five minutes, I had an appointment scheduled for 8 AM. Sam arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and carefully explained both the repairs that had been completed and what was necessary to restore my heating. I received detailed quotes, and everything was clearly communicated. With a major snowstorm on the horizon and my trip out of town scheduled for tomorrow, I originally planned to arrange for repairs after my return, hoping my furnace would hold out. However, they impressively managed to obtain the necessary parts and complete all repairs on the same day, before I left! This team is truly remarkable, and I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service.

True Comfort and Heating, Cooling and Plumbing came out to us as brand new customers within 1 hr of my call to inquire about furnace services. Instantly upon arrival Logan introduced himself, and thanked us for choosing them for all our cooling and heating needs. He explained they are family owned, and talked with me and my husband as if we'd been long time friends. Prices were good, and service was excellent. I originally called True Comfort because my furnace wasn’t working properly. Logan, with True Comfort, came out the same day I called. He was able to diagnose the problem, and fix it! After, Logan went through the entire furnace to make sure everything was working correctly and safety. He brought to my attention several holes and cracks in the Heat Exchanger and advised me the furnace was unsafe to operate in its current condition. The furnace was 33 years old. After talking it over with Logan, I decided to it would be best to replace the furnace and the air conditioner. True Comfort and I set a date for install. Dawson and Ash showed up at the time they said they would. You can track where they’re at and estimated time of arrival! While they were here they protected my floors by laying carpet down. They were very careful hauling the old equipment out and bringing the new in. There were no snags, and they installed both the furnace and air conditioner by midday with zero mess left behind. I am 100% satisfied these guys and felt comfortable with them the entire experience. The new furnace is working great btw and I am looking forward to seeing them in the spring for the routine maintenance on my new A/C! Thank you True Comfort Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!

Courteous and informative interaction with Logan. I really appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to upsell us with the kind of “performance” that other firms tried on us. His prices were fair and his service was efficient
