10/10 recommend using Professional Plumbing. Jerome was great when it came to scheduling and was clear about hourly rates on the weekend. Nick came out early on a Saturday morning and as soon as he knew the job was bigger than expected he suggested a weekday be-back to avoid weekend labor costs. Brought Johnathan with him the next business day to help and they got the job done. They were very professional, conscientious and respectful. We will definitely be using them again.

Had some toilets acting up and called for routine service. The initial visit didn't go as expected which I wasn't thrilled about. However, the reason for this review is what happened next. When I called in to voice my concern, Jerome in the service department, listened to my complaint. He took 100% ownership. Said it shouldn't have happened and offered to come to my house right in that moment to make it right. He was there in 30 minutes. Fixed the issue and told me to tear up the invoice when it came. I'm paying for the service. Not every situation goes flawlessly. Mistakes happen. It's not the mistake that matters. It's what you do after the mistake that makes the difference. I DONT KNOW WHO THE YOUNG GUY THAT CAME TO PLUM UP OUR GENERAC BUT LET ME TELL YOU HE DID NOT TIGHTEN UP THE HOSE TO THE GAS I SAID YOU DIDNT TIGHTEN IT THE ELECTRICAN DID HE SAID OH WELL I MISSED ONE LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE REPRIMAND JUST FOR THE ATTITUDE THEN HE SAID THE METER FAILED THE AIR INSPECTION I ASK WHATS NEXT HIS REMARK WAS I DNT KNOW SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

I was struggling with the toilet flange and I called and spoke with Renee. Very nice, professional and quick. She understood my issue and had Nick call me right away. Nick showed up quick and wasted no time getting it done! Thank you for the quick, professional and courteous service!!

The lady on the phone was nice enough to squeeze my appointment in just a day ahead. Nick came out on time, a bit after noon. He was very professional and friendly. When he was done installing the faucet, he also offered to replace my shower head. I said to go ahead if he had the part for it. This is the 3rd time I believe we have used Professional Plumbing. The last couple of times, it was done by Dan. Both Dan and Nick are great techs to work with. I highly recommend this service if anyone out there needs it. I'd use them again in a heart beat. Thank you guys for the jobs well done.

We have used Professional Plumbing a number of times over the years. They are incredibly quick to come out and fix whatever is wrong the same day. They have never asked me to review them, which is pretty amazing these days. If anyone deserves to be reviewed, though, it's these folks because they are so prompt and because they get the job done at a reasonable cost. My bad, but I didn't catch the name of the guy who came out this week. However, he has been to the house before and he is extremely good at what he does. If it helps to identify him, he looks really young. He deserves a raise. The peace of mind he gave me after this last fiasco is worth so much!

I am less than pleased with my experience with Professional Plumbing. We bought a new 50 gal. water heater from them and had them install it on 5/10/22. Upon installation, the young man was struggling to get it in place so my husband asked if he needed help. The installer ignored my husband and went ahead and tried manhandling it on his own and dropped and bent our new water heater that cost us $2,833! Now they claim there is nothing they can do about it!!! Who knows if the tank inside is slightly cracked and over just a little bit time, starts to leak?! Their own employee dropped and bent/damaged it upon installing it! We should NOT have to accept a brand new damaged water heater at nearly $3K!!! I am very angry about this and expect them to make it right! So far they have pretty much been ignoring my husband’s calls and messages. Very dissatisfied with their service! ***UPDATE 6/15/22*** I regret using Professional Plumbing Service. To date, they have done nothing to remedy this. Professional Plumbing has always been my go to for plumbing services. Always reasonable and timely. Nick is always friendly and does a great job and cleans up when done. I just had a new ADA toilet installed and it was put in professionally and a lot quicker than we could have done. They only thing I may do the next time is ask to be the first customer of the day as we live ten minutes or less from the business and yesterday when I got the new toilet installed, he was in and out in 45 minutes or less but I had to pay the extra labor for the original $90 minimum for the first hour because of travel time between jobs that put it over the hour mark, I’m guessing. It wasn’t too bad though, only an extra $25. All in all, Professional Plumbing will always be my go to.
