Brian at Golden Rule was the most down to earth technician I’ve ever dealt with. He taught me several things, took time to explain why he was doing what he was with my furnace (like the rust building up on my coil in the picture) and never once came off sales-y or forceful with repair options. The office ladies on the phone scheduling my appointment were also very kind and caring. It’s clear they put the customer experience at the top of their priority list. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our technician Shawn came to service our two air conditioners and two furnaces. We have had nothing but great experiences with Golden Rule. He did a great job and was very friendly. He explained everything to me before he left and we are happy ! We will continue to be part of the loyalty program with Golden Rule !

Andrew with Golden Rule did excellent work setting up our Reznor unit heater. From the start, Andrew was punctual, professional, and personable. A free and fair estimate was provided within 24 hours of contacting Golden Rule. Communication was top notch including appointment confirmation, accurate time of arrival, and a check-in from their production manager. Andrew completed our job in a very timely manner and we are very happy with the entire experience. Overall I highly recommend Golden Rule.

I couldn’t be any happier with Golden Rule! Bobby came out, addressed the issues we had with the AC, and came up with an install that meets our needs. Our installer Nic did an awesome and professional install of the furnace and AC. Everything was installed neat and tidy, they went over everything they did with me, and cleaned everything up like they were never there. All in all the experience was top notch and I will always recommend them if someone is in need!

Ramon was very professional and answered all of my questions for this install. I got my furnace replaced and installed a brand new central air unit. Ramon and his team were very courteous and even enjoyed the company of my 70lb dog!
