Itโs a good sign when a brand lives up to their moto โTo Show Up Fast and To Fix the Problem . . . I called at 9:15 AM with and issue of a dropped under-sink in the kitchenโ Roto Repairer Kyle showed up within the hour โ thought outside the box and resolved my problem without having me buy a new granite countertop and sink saving me $$$โ Thank you Roto for you fast, professional and efficient service.

Fast service and the nicest technicians! I believe it was Josh who came out and helped us today. He was professional and provided amazing service! Set the expectations of what was to be done then followed through. Really appreciate doing business with companies that make you feel valued!

I have worked with four staff at Roto-Rooter in the past 2 months to solve my sewer problems. The first crew made a mistake on my problem, which prompted me to bring out a second crew. When a member of the second crew noted the mistake, he was promptly fired. I suppose he was a bit to honest to work at the company. A third staff member called me, committed to offering solutions, and then never followed up. I spoke to the manager at one point, and he was aggressive and refused to take responsibility. Dishonesty, lack of professionalism. Several staff members have now confided in me that they think the management is "very difficult to work under." Generally a horrible experience.

They came to my house today and didn't get the clog undone and changed me and my wife 575 dollars also my wife is handlycap and didn't even offer her a discount for that we still got a clog pipe and now we have to save to get another plumber to fix our problem ty didn't listen to my wife she knew were it was clog at but ty didn't listen to her

The guy didn't fix anything charges 250 dollars and left..wen I got home the basement was flooding with dirt water ,,, no one from their company call me back I have to rent a toll to fix the problem myself

Terrible service. I had an appointment from 9-12 that I had to take off from work. At 12:40 I called the office and they said that they wont be able to make that appointment today and to reschedule. Their time is MUCH more important than your time. Don't waste your time or money!

They came to our house 3x did the same thing with no fix. In total we paid them $1100 for the problem to still not be fixed. We called a different plumber, and they fixed it in 30 min for $300.
