I had a tech (Phillip?) out to my house in Waukee today. He was on time 😃 and we'll prepared. I was having trouble with my fireplace in my New Build home. He was very knowledgeable about my unit. Trouble shooter it in a short time. Determined the unit was bad from the start. To my pleasant surprise...he had a replacement fireplace in his truck 🚚 Needles to say, he had the problem solved and a new unit in place in record time!! The world needs more technicians like him!! Kohles & Bach is very blessed to have this man on their team!! Way to Go. Thanks for being there is my time of need

Quickly fixed our fireplace. We were a fairly distant service call that had previously had someone local attenpt to repair our fireplace with no success. Very professional and successful on our repairing our concern. Philip was great!

Wonderful customer service experience from making the appointment to the service visit! Philip was fantastic! He was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable! He was patient and answered all of our questions! He serviced our gas fireplace and provided valuable information about the unit! Great business. Always excellent service and the technicians are always wonderful to work with. A recent technician was stumped as to our problem but he kept troubleshooting until he was able to replicate the problem. It ended up being something very inexpensive. I appreciated his diligence in finding the exact problem. That’s dedication!
