Tommy came to unclog our sewer/ septic line. He had such a good sense of humor (when we’re upset about the septic backup). Tommy is very polite and just an over all good guy. I just needed to call back because it started to backup again. They’re always understanding and very nice to us. I hope I won’t need them again any time soon but ii would definitely call Smiths sewer service before I’d call anyone else. Highly recommend them

We just had Pat leave our house. He did a fantastic job! He fixed our issue in no time and educated us on how we can keep up maintenance to prevent future incidents. Everything is working better than before. The day before we had Rooter Rangers out. We told them at the time of making the appointment that we needed someone to snake WITH a camera. They told us no problem. Late in the evening the guy showed up with no camera and said he would have to snake it and come back in a few days so instead of paying one fee we would have to pay twice. He wasn't here long and said the issue was fixed and we were good to do whatever and he would have the camera out in 2 days. Less than an hour after leaving we flooded again and worse. Say YES to Smith Sewer and NO to Rooter Rangers. GO PAT!

Their tech came and knew exactly what to do. I had a floor drain backing up in the basement they snaked 65 feet of cast iron pipe from the service opening to the septic tank.Everything is working as it should and they guaranteed the job for thirty days and the price was very reasonable! Thanks for the great service.

We had Smith sewer come out (stephen), and he was great he gave us excellent service after we were overcharged from clog busters. Stephen actually opened the line all the way to the city line and cleaned out all the roots, found the issue, explained everything and gave us our options. If you have a problem, call them they are friendly and dependable.

Saturday was laundry day and of course the floor drain backs up with water all over, plus the cap on the clean out leaked out onto the carpet. Called Smith Sewer and they were out in fairly quick. Aaron got to work and cleaned the roots from the line and I got back my happy wife for a happy life. Thanks 🙏

Keith turbo jetted our main sewer line today. He worked efficiently and clearly explained how things went afterwards. He politely answered all of our questions. We plan to use Smith's Sewer Service again to clear our drains.

Smith’s Sewer was very responsive to my Saturday afternoon call seeking help with a clogged drain in my basement with water everywhere. No other company in town could help me for several days, but Smith’s Sewer was there within a few hours. Austin and Aaron were great at investigating, diagnosing, and fixing the issue—no small things when it comes to wonky plumbing in a nearly 100 year old house. And they were very pleasant and professional to boot. Thanks for helping me out of a jam (literally)!

The actual workers who come out and help the customer are amazing. Jared and Steven both were extremely helpful in resolving my clogged main. The office staff left a bad taste in my mouth, specifically Heather who sounds like she hates her life and her job. Good grief if you hate working there so much quit or at least quit answering the phone so I don't have to absorb your negativity along with you.
