Chris is a really good plumber. We had issues with our hot water, he came out and gave us options. He didn't push us one way or another. We ended up getting a new water heater, had hot water in 45 minutes. Top quality stuff.

Yet another awesome vist to install a new hotwater heater. Chris was fantastic, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. It is truly the best plumbing and bath store.

Wonderful and prompt service from a solid locally owned company. They showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem and repaired it the same day. It wasn't a particularly small job either! Great communication, accurate estimate and when they were done you couldn't tell they were there as they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Highly recommend!

I've been doing my own plumbing since I was a kid (dad taught me and we had rental property). However, when I'm short on time or don't want to fuss with a job I call Best Plumbing everytime. Molly is always attentive and pleasant and so is Chris. Fast and efficient and the work is top notch.

We went to Best Plumbing Best Bath to look at toilets. Molly was extemely informative and never tried to sell us something more expensive. We ended up replacing all 3 of our toilets. The plumbers that did the installation were super nice and very professional. They got all 3 installed in about an hour. They did a great job. I highly recommend and would hire them again!

Best Plumbing removed and then reset two toilets for us when we got new bathroom flooring. They were friendly and efficient. Scheduling was extremely easy. Price was reasonable.

Our hot water heater went out on Weds and Chris came early the next morning. I appreciate that he didn't pressure me to choose tankless over tank for the replacement, just gave clear information on how each would work for our family and the dimensions of our home. He was forthright that the tankless would not necessarily solve our problem of a delay getting hot water, but it would provide the sheer amount of hot water our family of five (4 adults plus a kiddo) would need. He wasn't able to get back out to install the tankless system until a few days later, but that's what happens when you call a plumber just as the Memorial Day weekend gets started. Today is Tuesday, he was here around 9am, and done around lunchtime. He left behind no mess and aside from the expected sounds, really didn't interrupt our household life at all. Just as important to me as the work itself is the fact that Chris was patient and polite with my mother, both of the big dogs, and my 6yo daughter. She has dreams of being a builder, so being able to watch a tradesman do his thing was a big deal for her. We'll definitely be recommending Best and Chris to our neighbors.
