Fosters Kraus Plumbing, Heating and Air

I had a furnace outage on a Friday and called 5 different places, Foster Kraus was the only one that took my emergency and they treated it like a weekday, not weekend/emergency pricing. Johnny A was my tech and he was training someone so I could hear him diagnose the situation. He was so thorough, found multiple issues and fixed what he could that day and returned to install a new heat exchanger by the following Tuesday and got the furnace working. He also took the time to find out that the part was still under warranty to save me money and their pricing for the service part was very fair. So thankful for Johnny and how quickly Foster helped me out.

Heating stopped working at 6:00pm during the first big snow in our new home. Called and got a hold of a technician within three minutes. Marty was kind enough to walk me through some options on the phone and came right out when my layperson’s attempt at fixing the problem failed. He was prompt, polite, and professional. Will call again when we need to do routine maintenance in a few months.

Johnny came after 5 today and was very pleasant and helped us with a vent issue that we weren't even aware of. I would highly recommend Foster's and Johnny especially when it was the coldest day of winter and their promptness!!

Very professional. Came out at 5 am promptly to fix our furnace when it was negative 10 outside. Took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did.
