I called Hanna Plumbing & Heating on Wednesday morning. By Friday afternoon my new Ruud water heater was installed. They were very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, were very friendly and patient. My service technician was very polite and informative as well as straightforward about what needed to be done and any additional cost. I am very pleased with my installation and will use them again in the future. Thank you!

I just got billed $428 to install a sink faucet. The job took less than an hour and I bought the faucet in advance and there weren't any additional parts necessary. The technician seemed like he didn't want to be at my house from the moment he arrived. They were going to quote me on the replacement of galvanized pipe in my basement, but the service tech forgot. I'm just glad I didn't make more of a mistake than I already did.

We contracted to get an On Demand water heater and a new water softener installed. We were surprised how quickly we fit into the schedule. We did have a couple reschedules but it was someone else's emergency. We had nothing not working so we didn't care. Very mannerly and cleaned everything up. So glad we used them.

Office staff quoted me an amount over the phone and I made a note of the price as I scheduled for new water heater. Size and manufacturer information was read off the existing unit (which was also installed by them) so no confusion of which unit to be priced. Upon installation the charge was $425 higher than the quote given on the phone. We were 15 year loyal customers and the staff was rude and actually laughed out loud on the phone when we told them that the amount on the ticket didn’t match the amount quoted. They basically said there is no possible way they were in error. Attitude of service on phone is less than professional! Will not be using Hanna Plumbing service in the future.

I worked with Hanna to replace the faucets and knobs of a Roman tub that was left...in disrepair by another plumbing company. Adam and his team were nothing short of amazing. Quick, efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. Thanks to Bill, Adam, Mariah, and the Hanna crew!

Admin staff are great, really understanding and flexible. Plumbing staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They do not mind providing just some educational tips along the way. Very upfront with their pricing and while they aren't the cheapest, I definitely don't worry about anything they fix after they are gone. My family and I will continue to use them within the projects we have!

Hanna Plumbing employees are cordial, very good at their job, and are quick and efficient. They managed to fix our water issues under the basement, brought in the cement truck to finish the job and cleaned up the mess. If you need any kind of plumbing done I would call them first. The lady that answers the phone is very knowledgeable and helpful
