Not the same quality, affordable and friendly service Jones use to provide. Plumber came and had a chip on his shoulder, and acted put out that he was even there. $500 to have sink/garbage disposal repaired (clogged and would just hum) along with a running toilet. In our home less than an hour. We won’t be repeat customers

We used Jones plumbing for years and they were always great - 5 stars. I called Jones plumbing 12/7/2023 and Dalton Plumbing answered their phone. Jones plumbing has retired & sold their # to Dalton. Dalton is not located in Marion & when you call the ph# a salesperson answers the phone. Within the first minutes of the call she was trying to talk me into buying a "membership" with them, talked discounts & perks, etc but wouldn't say options of what could be wrong or cost points. I've been in customer service all my life, I hesitantly agreed to their service call, but after further research after getting off the phone, I called back to cancel their service visit. I scheduled with another local company who came out to fix out issue with an honest quick repair & easy up front price.

Woke up today with a non working water heater. Called 2 other places. 1 didn't answer, the other one couldn't come out due to allergic reactions to cats. Called Jones plumbing. Very polite staff that directed me in getting the repair done today. Friday is a hard day to get service done the same day depending on the situation. They made it happen, and got us the part we needed to repair the water heater under warranty. Being in service myself, I consider this a great job taking care of the customer in a timely manner. If needed again, I would definitely use them again. Thank you for the assistance.

I have used Jones Plumbing several times, one was an emergency toilet replacement - they had great suggestions. They were quick to respond - fair pricing, quality work and very tidy with their work. I will use them again for an upcoming project and would suggest to anyone to use them. My son has a home project and will be contacting them soon. I have recommended them to other home owners. Had an outside lift station pump go out yesterday. Scott was out first thing this morning with his brother in the cold and replaced the pump. They understood the situation, returned my call and did a great job making sure everything was in working order before they left. I had called 3 other plumbers and did not receive any other call backs. Great job Jones Plumbing!

Had 3 valves replaced. And was charged 800.00 $ !!!! That is insane. yes they had a hard time getting the main turned back on. They charged 220 for 1 valve that i can buy at home depot for 16.bucks nice guys but i will not ever be useing them again

On Monday I called them for a hot water issue, and the next day he was already here (I forgot to ask the name of the plumer but his initials in receipt says SEM or SLM). It was a simple issue, but since he took so little time, I asked them to fix something else (a broken tube or water pipe inside my kitchen sink), which he also fixed in less than 10 minutes. He fixed these two things (including the water pipe replacement) and was very, very reasonable. I think that like 3 or 4 years ago somebody else (can't remember company name) charged me more than that for the other pipe below of the below the same sink, and it was at least 50% more than what Jones Plumbing charged me for two fixes. I can't possibly be happier than this. I highly recommend this company even though I used them only once.

Amazing to work with. They were fast and affordable. I highly recommend this group.
