JP Plumbing is wonderful, I cannot say enough about them. I have been using them for my plumbing needs now for a couple of years. Every time I call they get me in the same day or the next day, they are always up front about what the cost is going to be, they are honest with what the issue is, and will not over charge. Every person who has come out to work on my house has been polite and does a great job! I will continue to use JP Plumbing for future issues, and highly recommend them.

Had a young man with brown hair stop by to hook up our kitchen sink. He was very pleasant, quiet and worked diligently to give us a great final product. Didnt leave a mess and was very respectful of our home. Highly recommend this company for anyone who needs work done.

From toilet repairs and clogged drains to gas-line installation and new plumbing builds with our projects JP Plumbing does it all. JP Plumbing is a company with integrity and does the job right the first time. JP Plumbing always answers the phone, quick to help us and shows up on time. Also, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The best part of JP Plumbing is they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it! Highly recommend JP Plumbing!

The plumber was on time, covered his shoes, explained what was wrong with our disposer, and gave us choices as to what to do . He explained the differences in types of disposers and the costs. We chose one we like, and enjoy its power and quietness. We’ll call JP Plumbing again with confidence.

Rewriting my review because it was taken down/reported??? My water heater went out, and JP Plumbing was assigned by my HSA to fix it. The first appointment was fine, but the technician was late despite a 30-minute window from 8:00-8:30. The real issue was with the water heater replacement. They first scheduled it for Tuesday, so I took off work, but then rescheduled for Wednesday. I rearranged everything and took the afternoon off. They promised to arrive at 1 PM, but no one showed. I called, and they said he was on the way. At 2 PM, still no one. I called again, and they repeated he was on the way. He finally arrived at 2:30. They mentioned they could give a 15-20 minute warning call next time, which would’ve been helpful to know before I disrupted my work week. The technician was nice and did a good job, but I wouldn’t have used them if it wasn’t for my HSA.

Great work for a reasonable price, other larger companies wanted over twice the cost to do the same services with a longer wait time. JP plumbing is professional, courteous, timely and I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve used JP Plumbing Co many times on my remodels. From big basements to a simple bathroom, they really do a fantastic job. Great company through and through. I can’t recommend them enough.

We needed 2 jobs done. Unstop a toilet and install a bathroom sink faucet. We were satisfied with the work, however, 2 technicians were sent out. We paid a total of $375. The bill was not itemized, so I’m not sure if we were double billed for 2 different service calls or just one.
