Very happy with Lenz experience. Cael arrived quickly to inspect furnace and turnaround time for quote for replacements was super fast. Cael ensured I understood the options to replace furnace and AC . Gave his recommendation, but didn't pressure me to go beyond what I felt was my limit of spending. He did not come across hurried, showing me the issues and gave me time to think about questions I had. He represents Lenz professionally and genuinely showed he enjoys his work.

My furnace crapped out on the coldest day of the year while I was out of town and the Lenz team did not disappoint! When I called the office they found someone to come out quickly, Al, the owner, let me know it was an expensive part to replace or I could move forward with a new unit. I went ahead and ok’d the new unit and Connor, Chris and Daniel went to work. I had heat by the end of the day! Lenz waited till it warmed up outside, then Zach, Landen, Braden and Gage showed up to install my new AC and were done in no time! I can’t say enough about how kind, knowledgeable and efficient everyone I worked with at Lenz was. From the Owner, to the office staff, (Leah), and the installers. And to top it off there was no diagnostic charge, no trip charges or OT fees! They didn’t ask for a dime til both units were completely installed! Thank you Lenz family! I highly recommend your team!

Lenz techs are always so knowledgeable, polite, respectful and trustworthy. Today I called them for service when my furnace went down. They were at my house within the hour to restore my furnace on a cold day. Service was spectacular and service cost was very fair. I won’t call anyone else from now on out. Lenz has my business for life.
