We’ve used Schlievert for decades for everything from the faucet replacement today to whole house water line replacement, new connections for water and sewer from our house to the street, water heaters, new toilets, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, and more. Excellent service throughout. Ownership changed a couple years ago and the quality of service remains strong. Emily is the heart with her knowledgeable advice. All technicians skilled. Small, locally owned. Highly recommend.

From dreading the need for a plumber, to being delighted with the work and related cost - Schlievert Plumbing is incredibly responsive, professional and took care of a master bathroom situation that had been plaguing us for months. The employee's name was "Corbin" and I can't say enough about how efficient and knowledgeable he was.

We have used Schlievert Plumbing several times in the past and have been very happy with them. However, two weeks ago I noticed our water heater was leaking again from the bottom of the tank. I called on a Thursday morning around 8:45 and talked with someone and explained the problem. She said she would need to look at the schedule and talk to someone and get back to me about when they could come out. That afternoon at 4:00 I had not head from them so I gave them a call, no one answered so I had to leave a voicemail. Called again on Friday morning, and Friday afternoon leaving voicemails each time. I called again shortly after 4:00 on Friday as I was worried the water heater was going to bust and we would be without water for the weekend. The message said they were closed and if it was an emergency to select "x" number. At this point I was pretty upset with the lack of communication so I hit the number and got the on call guy. I explained the situation to him and he couldn't understand why they hadn't called me back yet either. Two weeks later and I still have not heard back from them after 5 messages. Luckily I gave up and called Golden Rule and they came out the same afternoon I called them and got me taken care of. But wait there is more to the story. Back in 2023 we had Schlievert replace a water heater under warranty and they said they could replace both because if one went, the other was likely not far behind so we purchased a second (labor would be less if both installed at same time). One new one was manufactured in 2023, the other in 2019 (4 years before install). Both showed rust at the bottom and the 2019 one is the one that went bad this time. We called attention to it at that time and they said it was fine. Needless to say, we won't be calling these guys back.

I called with some general questions and the front desk was real unpleasant. Good thing Golden Rule was super polite and helpful!

5/2024 --- I'm altering my previous review(s). Our water heater has gone down and Schlievert will not give me a schedule date to replace it. After 2 days still zero, when I have to call them. I've called Bell Bros and they're coming tomorrow. --> Something bad has happened with Service at Schlievert Plumbing. __________________________ Have Always had great success using Schlievert Plumbing! Tim has a lot of experience, and today replaced our kitchen faucet, checked a couple of areas of potential concern and added under sink- water shut-off valves for the faucet. I couldn't be happier with the per hour charge (no wasted time) and the quality advice on the brand and style of faucet to choose! A job well done!!!

Jason and Tim were excellent to work with. They came out on short notice, provided a reasonable estimate and performed the work later that week. They were clear, concise and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend.

Jason and crew were the best technicians during our addition project. They were timely and accommodating. We love the recirculation pump for instant hot water. I recommend Schlievert Plumbing.

The work was fine, but after he was finished, the plumber sat in the driveway for over 30 minutes, then the bill was padded by 2 hours. The office manager said they charge for travel time. We live less than 15 min. away from them.
