Elijah of Superior Plumbing company just completed the repair of my Moen shower cartridge. This proved to be more difficult than expected because the old cartridge fragmented, making its removal more difficult. He showed up right between the projected time of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the appointed day. I was given one day's advance notice and then he called about 15 minutes before arrival. He quoted a price beforehand and stuck to his price. I was very impressed with the service I got.

Superior was recommended by our contractor to reroute a gas line and install a quick connect valve. The service was scheduled and completed quickly, at a very reasonable rate! The plumber who was dispatched was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend Superior for plumbing needs.

They were very knowledgeable about how to fix a leak that was coming from a broken pipe underneath our garage. The Superior plumbing team worked effeciently to fix about 15 leaks that were found in my home. I was pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Also they left their work spaces clean, were knowledgeable about what to do in emergencies and plumbing code. I was left with a good feeling with Superior plumbing, I would recommend them to my friends and will use them again in the future.

Sump Pump Upgrade was needed. Superior's technician helped me decide what I really needed and then quoted me a very reasonable price for the work. They got it done quickly and cleanly. I was so pleased with the work that I decided to go ahead and do a couple other plumbing projects that I was letting slide. By the time they were done, my shower, toilet and sump pump were working grand. I will definitely call them again!

My family has used numerous plumbers over the years before finally settling on Caleb with Superior. He is honest, trustworthy and the most thorough plumber we have used. He always stands behind his work and never once have we had to call him back to fix a mistake. I will definitely be using him to work on the house I just bought.

What can I say? Good, Great, Amazing! I called on a Wednesday and they were able to work me in on a Thursday. Having recently moved to the area I didn't have a "personal plumber" like I've had for years before. Caleb filled that role to perfection. Courteous and detail oriented.
