Don’t hire them unless you want your house to look like this! Greedy company that doesn’t want to pay to fix what they messed up. We’ve had nothing but issues since getting our sewer line replaced over a year ago. Their bottom line is money, not the customer. Edit to update: it’s been over 4 months since we originally contacted with this problem. A plumber came out and verified on Anthony Plumbing letterhead that they caused our upstairs toilet to leak which ruined both our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Their ā€œinsuranceā€ only wants to offer us $3000 to fix both bathrooms. That is a joke! We have received multiple quotes that it would cost at least $10,000 to fix this correctly. Anthony won’t answer any questions/concerns since it’s gone to ā€œinsuranceā€ now. Own up and fix what you messed up. You admitted fault and we’ve been living with a ruined house for over a third of a year because of your company. Not to mention I am 4 months pregnant, having to walk downstairs now any time I have to use a toilet. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. Edit again: we have been constantly reaching out to the contact at Sedgwick, who usually ignores our phone calls and emails. Sedgwick has horrible reviews and is not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Sedgwick is a third party company whose job is to find the cheapest ā€œresolutionā€ for their clients, in this case Anthony. Over the course of this whole disaster, I have never heard an actual insurance company name mentioned, only Sedgwick and Turnpoint, the latter being the larger owner of Anthony. Once again, the $3000 offered by your contact, Sedgwick, a company not even accredited by the BBB, is not a resolution. Btw, the close up picture of our toilet was just the first of many issues with this company. Their tech (who is also a supervisor) thought that was an appropriate way to set our toilet. The second time they built a concrete pad that our toilet hung over, because they didn’t even think to measure the toilet first. They had to redo the setting 3 times to get it right. And my husband had to help them come up with the idea to create a concrete pad. This company is such a joke.

He was great! Patient and willing to do what it took for me to feel comfortable with the diagnosis and move forward. Let’s face it….. plumbing is expensive but the way Jay took the time to explain both sides of my situation I was on board and confident. Thanks Jay - from now on my go to guy

James was extremely thorough from beginning to end with the changing of our furnace and AC units. He was kind, courteous, and made sure things were cleaned up right to the very end. He even came back in the same night to help us with a small leak and asked us to check back directly with him to let him know how it holds up. Tom did an exceptional job. He was very professional and down-to-earth, and I enjoyed conversing with him. He encountered some complications when a part of the hot water heater was not working, which extended the job longer than I expected. However, I maintained a positive outlook and was still able to get the things I needed done while Tom worked diligently to provide quality service. I appreciate that.

I literally love Benjamin and the guy that was with him! They are amazing. They are keepers, give them a raise! They worked quickly and I felt like they cared. I chose to do the ASAP monthly program. I enjoyed the explanation of what was done and just giving me some education on my furnace. My furnace it's running much better. I appreciate this service as a single Mom. Great Job, very professional. Went above and beyond. REGARDING the furnace..HVAC...Took pride in doing a great job.He took the time after working all day to explain how things work. Emergency shut offs etc. Will definitely tell others of a job well done

APHCE came to our rescue! One of our hot water tanks was leaking really bad to the point we had to shut the water off to the building. They sent Alex and he got things up and running again. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The entire process, from the initial call and scheduling, was easy. I can't remember the name of the person that assisted me during the call, but they were exceptional as well! Thank you all for a job well done!
