Just wanted to give a shout out to ANDREW who came out late this afternoon for routine maintenance on our tankless water heater (installed by Roger the Plumber a year ago). Andrew tweaked a couple of other things for us while he was here; plus put in A LOT OF OVERTIME on one particular issue (the pipe farthest from the unit). We were SO IMPRESSED that he did not rush off at five o'clock. Thank you, Andrew, for going the distance and for your INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has consistently been our experience with Roger the Plumber for plumbing and AC: 10 out of 10!

Tech was kind and professional. however, I paid for a cleaning but didn't appear that they cleaned housing (dead insects still in housing), did not use compressedair or electronic vac to clean wiring or circuits and according to new Tech from competitor firm I had out today for bent gas control valve pins he said it was dirty and they didn't clean flame sensor either. Roger's did say squirrel fanneeded deep cleaning which they could do for addl 368$.

Nick arrived timely to our appointment and got right to business. He explained his assessment of our AC unit and his suggested repairs, I appreciated his honest feedback. The price was very affordable seeing as we are in their select member club (?) and Nick completed the service quickly. This is one of the hottest days of the year and we appreciated Nick getting our AC up and running!!!!

Richard White did an estimate on my plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable , bright and honest. He is also kind , understanding and patient. Even if it wasn’t easy to hear, he told me the truth. If I could afford him , he would definitely be my first choice. So sharp! I enjoyed talking with Mandy about England ( not often that I can do that). Cynthia nice too . Thank you.

Had water heater installed, not an emergency. Mother just had one slightly larger installed by Roger that had been $1000 less. After they were able to pull up her acct they took off about $900 from mine stating it was about warranty when I had not even discussed any warranty info. Then 2 shelves in my utility room knocked off the wall causing gaping holes so now the wall has to be patched, painted and new shelves put up for another $500. NO, I WOULD NOT USE ROGER AGAIN unless it was an emergency and even then it would have to be a REAL emergency.

Roger the Plumber responded to my call with a prompt appointment. Our service technician, Mike Schultz, was the best service tech, including all other types of service repairmen that have been in our home. He introduced himself by full name and the company name. Great start as he decided a sense of respect. He listened with intent as he asked us to describe the issues that led us to call Roger the Plumber. Donning shoe covers, he went straight to work inspecting the HVAC system. After finishing the inspection, he detailed what he had found to include specifics of what components needed replacement and why. He also explained why the AC kicked on, but without the blower. The price was very fair and we had no problem agreeing to the quote as we felt Mike was knowledgeable, asked us if we needed additional clarity on his recommendations (we didn't, he was that good), professional & respectful. The latter is not often felt as servicemen tend to rush to get the job done. Rushing doesn't reflect respect. We will continue to use Roger the Plumber. I don't know if specific technicians can be requested, but if they do let us, Mike is our technician of choice.

If you are buying an appliance/installation from Hamilton that would require them to pull a permit that needs inspection, don't bother. They'll give you bad information, and when you call to ask about it, they say they'll fix it and contact the city, but they don't. Then they'll waste hours of your time sending you to various offices that aren't right. When you find the right office to schedule the inspection on your own and call back to give them the correct contact information (which they don't have) to save their future customers a hassle, they'll give the phone screener a rude message for you and won't take your call.
